Elcio's place is easy to get to, very walkable to grocery, restaurants, bars, etc. We use the place when visiting family that live nearby, so even better for convenience for us, if you have a similar situation.

Mr. Janio's apartment is comfortable, clean and very organized. Everything works perfectly, providing a great welcome to those who stay in it. The communication with Mr Janio is practically instantaneous, which brings a lot of security. Check-in took place at the scheduled time. Anyway, everything went perfect in our stay. We spent a month at Thaís' apartment and we felt at home! Place well located, easy access to all buses with a stop on the front. Nearby supermarkets and mall, we went on foot and took about 15 minutes. The environment exactly as in the pictures, all very new and well cared for, with high-quality appliances that make life easier. Communication with Thaís was also great, always worried and with quick return when we activated. I highly recommend the site, and for the next time I will definitely stay there.

The place was exactly like the listing and the photos and totally clean, organized. We left wanting to return again.

The site served us perfectly, accommodating my entire family in a quiet, reserved and spacious place. The house is as described, has plenty of space, with comfortable rooms and an ideal backyard for those who have pets. Flávia was always very attentive, clarifying doubts even before the reservation, easing the time of entry and exit, receiving us with a very good mood, giving tips on what to do in the city and making everyone feel at home.

The eh residence is very pleasant and cozy in a family setting. The house was organized and the spaces are large. There is a kitchen in a tasty outdoor area to enjoy and eat. There is a sense of security on site. Pedro was very responsive and attentive.

We searched a quiet place with a beautiful view and plenty of green area for our dog to play and that's exactly what we found. The place is simple and cozy, it had everything we need to cook, hammock and bathtub that we love. Although the space is shared with other chalets, we feel very comfortable. Ádamo directed us to the trail that leads to the stream and the river, where we had great moments.

The host Marcelo was amazing: extremely kind, helpful and always available to help with any need. It really makes you feel at home! The location is also perfect, close to everything you may need. I recommend with my eyes closed to those looking for comfort, practicality and a fair price.

Excellent apartment, more spacious than I imagined, very modern and great location. We were a little surprised by the shared bathroom between 2 bedrooms without much privacy, but we adapt. We hardly had meals there, but I missed some small items in the kitchen like larger spoons for cooking and a set of sousplat or a tablecloth that covered the entire table. kkk small details that I like to have, but np general, super recommend and if you need it, we will come back for sure

I really enjoyed the stay, Danilo was always available to solve any doubt, the apartment is very cozy, quiet building, super friendly porters, with everything available, even has a little shop with some products in the condominium hall and an amazing pet space. Great location as it has absolutely everything close by. I do not leave anything to be desired!!
