Lovely place for a layover in Manila. Emily is a very responsive host and was helpful the whole time I was in Manila. Is a perfect space for one or two people and would highly recommend Emily’s place to stay for a few nights!

You will be expecting an excellent host and a clean unit with complete kitchen appliances. The place is also safe for stay.

We found this place before the pandemic and since then we’ve been staying in Rick and Carrie’s place every time we’re in town. Very homey and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It’ll always be our home away from home. Thank you Rick and Carrie, ‘til our next visit!

Amazing place. much better than I expected. The place is very clean and had a very homely feel. Communication from the host was easy. The building itself is highly secure and 1 minute walk to Eastwood Citywalk. I highly recommend this place.

Great place for the price

Although my stay was short, I would reco Diane's place lalo if you're just looking for a short stay and hindi ka maarte sa mga amenities and environment. The hot tub is perfect to relax your tired muscles, the AC is cold, wifi speed is okay, overlooking is okay din, Bed is comfy. Before going to their place, best to buy toiletries and snacks @ Bangkal. They have Jollibee, Mcdo, Watsons Merc Drug, Mr. DiY etc. There are stores naman infrontnof the bldg. pero I stayed at 4th flr so it'll be a hassle for you to go up and down coz they have no elevator. Better stock up to avoid inconveniences. Self check in sya and clear instructions so if wala ka naman luggages you can just go in on your own. Looking forward to stay here again.

The place was clean, the host is responsive, easy access to MOA, easy transportation. Downside of the place is the bad mobile signal or shall I say no signal at all. Although they have installed wifi but if you need to receive txt verification like OTP, it will take sometime for you to get a txt message. Other than that the unit is good. Hopefully they add TV on the unit as well.

Nice unit to stay! Quite modern unit with everything you need for a long stay👍🏻 unit is tidy , I felt myself as at home for a 7 nights! Can recommend👌🏻

So far, great experience! My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The place was pretty clean. The place was also easy to locate and had several food establishments and a mall nearby.

We had a good time at Orlyn’s place. It is conveniently close to Mall of Asia and not far from Ninoy Aquino International Airport. There was soap, toothpaste and toothbrushes waiting for us. Nice touch, although we didn’t need to use them. I was a little confused about the use of the nice recreational amenities on the 2nd floor. I thought the guest pass I received at checkin (for which you have to deposit a form of ID) would give me access to the pool, but a guard told me that I could sit by the pool but not swim unless I paid a guest fee at the office in the basement. A note for future guests: the walls don’t go all the way up to the ceiling but are more like partitions, which helps the flow of cool air from the air conditioning and daylight which was fine for us, but if you want more privacy you must be aware that this means the rooms are not soundproof. All in all, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Accommodating host, cozy place to stay! We booked Allen’s place on a short notice; hours away from check-in. He responded quickly to my inquiries and made sure we’re well-informed about the place upon check-in. His place is clean and relatively new. It has common kitchen utensils, basic small appliances and toiletries. You don’t have to go out when you ran out of snacks because they have a little honesty store which sells food and drinks at a reasonable price. TV has cable and internet connection is stable; we were able to work comfortably! :)

The place was very accessible. There were a lot of restaurants nearby and even a grocery. Transportation was great as it was easy to pin on Grab and it was along the route of local public transport. I was able to walk from MoA to the place in 30 minutes, granted that I'm a short woman. The host was very responsive to questions and even offered to assist us with parking if we were to bring a car. She provided us a steamer for our clothes when we requested it. The place was mostly clean and didn't have any distinct smell or strong fragrance which was great for our rhinitis. The view was good from the balcony, too. Beds were enough to fit all 5 of us. The toilet was a bit cramped but it was to be expected. I liked the shower head the most. Overall, our stay was comfortable and very convenient. From the booking to the check-in all the way to the check out, everything went smoothly. I would recommend this place and would definitely book this again if we ever need to stay in the area.

Great find. Good wifi, good data signal, very clean place. Place is big enough for 10 people.

Robinson is front of cond and you don't have to worry about restaurant. You can enjoy your trip and host is very Kindness, cool.
