Very good apartment for two people in order to spend a few days in Asunción. It has everything one needs. Lavarropas, equipment for cooking, good mattress, etc. It is well located in the city of Asuncion. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay in Asunción! Room with lot's of space good location and Andares del Agua with a lot o amenities. Sure I will stay here in my next trips to Paraguay.

This apartment is located in a fantastic building in a really great part of Asuncion. It is a short Uber ride to excellent shopping and restaurants. The building has a fantastic gym, swimming pool and co-working area, which is perfect if you need to work during your stay. The apartment was clean and had everything needed for a great stay. Martin was a great host, very responsive and accommodating. I will definitely stay in this apartment again when I return to Asuncion.

Excellent stay. Apartment as advertised, has everything you need, good location close to everything, with silence and privacy. On the night of the stay there was a storm in POA and the whole neighborhood was without power, but as the building has a generator, everything worked normally. I recommend.

Couldn't have picked a better place. I performed surgery and this place met all my expectations and I was able to have an excellent recovery due to the entire structure offered in this beautiful apartment. All employees polite, helpful and always with a smile on their face. The building's restaurant is a plus when you can't go anywhere else, home-made food, extremely tasty. Esteban and Alice always at your disposal to remedy any questions. Gratitude for my stay was wonderful and here I leave my recommendation and I dare say it was the best Airbnb I had the opportunity to be. Wishing all the best. Sandy

Marcos' house is in a great location, close to the Mall and the Park (less than 10 minutes). It has all kitchen utensils, barbecue and laundry. It was extremely clean, with smelling bed and bath linens. Cozy and spacious place, exactly matches the listing. Another facility that I and the group loved was the convenience at check in and checkout, which is done remotely. Extremely considerate host and respond quickly to all questions! We love the stay, we'll be back soon! I recommend it!

Karen is a great host, always available and with quick replies. The place is great, with great features and utensils, befitting the listing and photos. The double bed and pillows are very comfortable and the air conditioning is impeccable, clean and with excellent refrigeration. Next to it is a gym where you can pay for nights, great for short stays. The neighborhood is calm and safe.

Quiet place, with close trade, covered garage, exactly as in the pictures, air conditioning working well and hot shower. I really enjoyed it and will be back more often!

Excelente, note mil. Jane was hospitable. It even allowed to arrive earlier. Everything is extremely neat, clean, well decorated. She offered many important things like cold water, coffee, sugar. In the bathroom was available soap, shampoo, cream, and more. All well organized. Kindly offered us to enter early to check in. It was very attentive and willing. Congratulations. We feel at home. I made a trip to the large countryside and was surprised by Raquel's home and service. Very well described house, raquel demonstrated pro activity to address my doubts, even to be able to advance the check in in a few hours due to a situation.
