It is perfect for working and for tourism. Spacious, conveniently located, it is very equipped, with lots of light and a nice view of the river. And great communication with the host.

The apartment was great and the location really convenient. Biggie (convince store) was good for stocking up on essentials. The apartment and entire building were clean. The building was quiet with no disruptive noise. We especially enjoyed the shared rooftop pool with amazing views over Asuncion.

A very beautiful house had everything you needed including some snacks and wine. It was nothing but a dream house. It has all the stuff you need to make it a wonderful trip. Pool , outdoor patio , grill , large master with tub and shower, extra bedroom ,and living room with smart tv. It also has gates to protect the car. It was well worth it. Sincerely Adriana & Robert

Diego’s place is absolutely beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos. The house features a cozy living room and spacious hallways both upstairs and downstairs. There are three fantastic bedrooms, including one with an ensuite, a fully equipped kitchen, and a beautiful BBQ grill next to the swimming pool. The space truly feels like home. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and the location is perfect—ideal for a family holiday or a relaxing escape from the routine. It’s a wonderful place to unwind and create lasting memories. Highly recommended!

Casa Rosalba is really beautiful, very organized, impeccable, the beds are very comfortable, the whites are impeccable, I liked everything, even the aromas of the place. Everything reminded me of my grandparents' house, so it was a very special experience. If you see Casa Rosalba available, don't hesitate for a single second. Book it!!!

We really liked this apartment. Its huge and right by the super market. In a sense there are 3 rooms. The walk-in closet is as big as many bedroom. My wife used it as an office. The is a nice place to stay.

Great place. As described. Easy checking in with doorman. Clean had everything you need. Will stay again. Very walkable to resturants and shops.

I loved the apartment, it's very nice, clean, and comfortable, I really felt at home. The reception staff are also worth mentioning, they were always very friendly and helpful. For personal reasons I stayed longer, as I planned to leave earlier and Oscar helped me at all times to solve problems about my check-in. We'll definitely be back. 🇵🇾🇵🇾

Very nice place and with great location. Cozy, comfortable and very practical environment. Very well-equipped, practical and very functional kitchen. We were very welcome and Viviana was very helpful . When we return to Asunción, it will be the first place I will look for . I highly recommend it !
