We (2 adults, 2 kids 4 and 8 years) had a brilliant week at Gerson’s place, and didn’t want to leave! The heated pool is fantastic and we loved fishing and kayaking off the dock. We had bbqs in the backyard and the indoors was spacious and clean. Around the area there was lots to do, we went to Crystal River, Honeymoon Island, Tampa Bay Rays Baseball and Tarpon Springs, and there was a lot more available. Sam’s restaurant 1km away on the seafront was brilliant at sunset, with great food and dolphins swimming by. We’d love to come back! It’s a special place.

This place is truly special. The location is right in the middle of everywhere we wanted to go. Easy to find, park, and get into. From the moment we arrived, Jason and Neil were the most gracious hosts. And the property is amazing! Every single thing has been carefully thought out and decorated for style and comfort both inside and out. So much so that we spent the last day on property just enjoying the peace and quiet. I almost don’t want to say anything because I don’t want to share this find, but the place (and hosts) are too amazing not to get all the love they deserve. Can’t wait to come back.

This is a great place to stay in the Port Richey area. The neighborhood was quiet, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. It's a quick drive to Tampa, Clearwater, and Tarpon Springs for local activities. The house was spacious, and the beds are comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Place was great for what we needed. Easy access to the casino and only 10 to 15 minutes to Busch Gardens. Eric was great and helped with any questions we had. The home had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Thanks for having us!

We were pleasantly surprised to find this home as it appeared in its photos. We have experienced the opposite. This home was beautifully maintained - very clean - no clutter. We so enjoyed the covered outside kitchen and sitting area. It seemed pretty private, and provided so many things to entertain: air hockey, massage chair, sauna, jacuzzi, fishing poles........... It's a great house for a family. Would definitely consider renting this again in the future. Thanks for making this such a welcoming home!

This was not only an incredible house, but Kyle was also an amazing host. He was extremely responsive and genuinely cared about our stay. We can’t stop raving about how lovely this place was—gorgeous views, cozy cabin vibes, peaceful, and private. We’d definitely come back.

I stayed at Karina's lovely 3-bedroom house 2/15/25-3/15/25. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-supplied. The pool was great. I was in there a lot. The temperature was about 73 degrees. The beach is about 1 hour away (due to traffic). There were many restaurants, grocery stores, LA Fitness, and anything else you might need nearby. If you like dive bars - go to Joy Bar. It has 2 pool tables, 2 dart boards, and cheap drinks. Karina communicated well and promptly. I would absolutely stay here again.

What can I say? Well Katiuska’s place turned out to be pretty much spot on. It was a fantastic little 2-night getaway to watch the Phillies play one more time during their St. Patty’s Day game, which they won to boot! The living room TV was fantastic & the Roku app never missed a beat. We’d definitely stay there again, as the few neighbors we met were very friendly indeed.

The place was well appointed with several items in the kitchen. Was definitely enough for our whole family to use the kitchen. The entire unit was clean. Christine was also very helpful and gave several great places to see and eat as for recommendations. Definitely would stay here again.

Absolteuly loved our time at Nish & Ash's. It is clean, spacious, unreal outdoor area! Our favorite part of staying here was breakfast and dinner in the patio area! Nish & Ash do everything to make your stay comfortable! The location is perfect-close to everything! Would come back here in a flash!

We appreciated all of the wonderful amenities (inside and outside) of the cottage, situated in a quiet residential neighborhood while only a short drive from all of the top spots on our FL to-do list! 5 stars! Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. The host was incredibly accommodating and thoughtful—they truly thought of everything to make the space feel just like home. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and cared for. The beds were incredibly comfortable—we slept so well each night, which is such a rare find when traveling! They didn’t miss a single detail. Every little thing we could’ve needed was already there, making our stay effortless and relaxing. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ comfort and experience. On top of it all, they were beyond kind and so responsive to any questions we had. We 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, well-cared-for stay—and we will absolutely be back! Love how they are transforming this area and the love and energy they are pouring into all the surrounding homes. Oh, and the noise level at night… NONE which was very important to us. Love this place!

I was in town celebrating my 45th birthday with family, and this home was the perfect accommodation. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool the most! The home was clean, warm and inviting. Our host Leon was quickly responsive and extremely accommodating...he was able to grant us a last minute late check out, which we greatly appreciated. We'd definitely stay again if we ever find ourselves back in Tampa.
