Carolyn and Julio were great! When I arrived, Julio greeted me and showed me the tiny house. It was quaint, adorable, and welcoming. The surrounding area was more beautiful than I thought it would be. I walked the grounds and met the animals. I wanted a quiet, peaceful trip, and that is precisely what I got. Thank you!

The house was very good. Everything was perfect. They were very good people. They responded immediately.

Samantha was very quick to respond. I had an error in my dates, and she recommended a few places that I might also like. I ended up going with the house across the street from where I used to live! I knew the layout and the neighborhood, so I felt right at home. The how was well decorated but not cluttered, and she offered so many kitchen tools for a cook and baker like me.

This home is a treasure! The setting is gorgeous and the space is peaceful. Opening the door to the back porch to hear the birds and the wind whispering through the pine trees was perfect. We made many wonderful memories this week and hope to come back.

Beautiful, spotless, open home. Comfortable beds. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. Giant washing machine; good size for families. Our 2 year old loved the giant bathtub in the master bathroom and the electric fireplace in the living room. The area was quiet and we were able to see deer out the back door in the mornings.

The stay was awesome. The property the studio flat was attached to and the studio itself was beautiful. We love that it was pet friendly, even though our dog was not allowed in the pool area. BTW that backyard is huge and gorgeous. There was a beautiful outdoor cat 🐈 that greeted us. I would have pet it all day if I wasn't allergic. :-(.. I loved the projector set up. The shower was amazing. Temp inside (Hot April) a little hot, but perfect when we opened the small window. Also turned on the fan. A minor issue was that I had to attempt at double clicking the fan light several times before it would turn off. All the other times it would blink off and back on really quick. It was probably user error. 😅 I also recommend opening and closing the sliding door really quick during bug season to avoid mosquitos from getting in. All in all, I am jealous of that property. It is so nice, the family you can tell are very good people, and it was very peaceful and quiet. Well worth it.

Jill's very charming home was a comfortable place to stay close to family while in Chico for Thanksgiving (and I even discovered a family connection to the original owner of the house thanks to the cool historical information she included in the welcome book)! Jill was very welcoming and left her place unusually well stocked for guests, communicated clearly and quickly, and the place was exactly as described, with clear instructions for using amenities like the fireplace. The location is an easy walk from both downtown and Bidwell Park and couldn't be better. My two teenage daughters and I had a great stay (they both said it was so cute) and recommend highly.

Great Place for the family to stay! We'd definitely be back. The place was super clean, and we loved the layout.

Beautiful place and absolutely comfortable. Rooms on the first story a bit cold, it seems the heather does not reach enough hot air downstairs. The whole house lace is just a joy to stay.
