Fully Equipped Kitchen (Oven, Microwave, Induction, Fridge Dispenser Ice, Dishwasher, Nespresso) TV 4K sony, SONOS audio system, very high speed internet , NETFLIX Washing machine, dryer The residence is located 3 minutes walk from the seaside. The residence has a magnificent 20meters long swimming pool. The residence also has a beautiful fully equipped air-conditioned fitness room with latest generation of training equipment. At 3mn walk from the residence, the park VAIPOOPOO offers a recreation area for children, typical food places called "Roulottes". PAPEETE, the capital is accessible by car in 10 minutes by the RDO. Peaceful low villa, in the small heights guaranteed of freshness, not far from the beaches, convenient for visiting the island by car. Cozy, comfortable, in a green and quiet setting. A jacuzzi on a large private well appointed terrace conducive to relaxation. Good addresses of local car rental companies. Fiber optics internet. Air conditioning with electric package included, surplus if consumption beyond. Rental declined without a car.

Just 10 minutes from the city centre and 5 minutes from the airport, this apartment is ideally located. In terms of dining, you will find your happiness, between Vaipoopoo Park and these food trucks (poke bar), the Moana Hotel for these cocktails and Tapas or the Blue Banana restaurant.
