The beautifully renovated apartment is located in the middle of the old town of Scalea. If you get to the city center on foot, you have to climb stairs. However, you can drive by car to the extent that only a few stairs are left to cope. We never had trouble finding a parking spot. Lorenzo was very responsive and responded immediately to any questions that came up.

chiaras home-made cooking made us feel so much better. All from her organic garden. We are so thankful to her.

Very comfortable, peaceful, and relaxing apartment. We only were here one night because we were on a road trip, but it was such a perfect choice for us as we could recharge before driving again the next day. The hosts were wonderful, with excellent hospitality and little treats and gifts of local food that immediately made us feel right at home. Delighted!

Graziella and her family were extremely kind with the reception, offering breakfast items including fresh fruits, milk , water and cookies. The apartment was exactly like the pictures and the location was amazing. Everything was very clean and well equiped. For sure I’ll be back in the city staying at Graziella’s place. The apartment fully corresponds to the description and the photos. The location directly on the beach is excellent. Parking available around the corner. The beds are comfortable. Everything necessary is available in the kitchen. The cleanliness of the apartment itself is excellent! Location: Belmonte Marina is situated on a very beautiful beach. Unfortunately, there are only a few shopping facilities on site. Overall, it is a little empty in the low season, which is not necessarily a disadvantage. There are a few restaurants, but we didn't try them as we had a car and drove to neighboring Amantea. Overall, the area is beautiful and there is a lot to discover. We definitely recommend this place.

Everything was great. The team is super helpful with anything we needed. They recommended and reserved restaurant for us. Location is great. Close to Diamante center and other towns. The place have everything you need from beach chairs to umbrellas etc and the kitchen is well furnished. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean with large showers. The mini fridge in each bedroom was a plus! View and garden area is incredible. Will definitely return if go back to this area.

We stayed in this house for a week, impeccable hospitality, clean room and they already made us find several things such as local products, juice water, etc. Nothing is missing in the house and what is there works perfectly. The things that have been most appreciated are the parking in the building space and the extreme proximity to everything you need (sea, evening outings,shops as well as a very short drive you can immediately find yourself on the SS Tirrena). Antonio is an impeccable host who was responsive in a record time in resolving an issue (caused by me). Nothingelseto say, I highlyrecommend it.

Excellent location once you find it. We had a little trouble but no worries, the views are stunning. The home is adequately equipped, clean and modern. The train runs close by and takes a while to get used to. The beach is great and there are plenty of chairs, umbrellas and toys. The location is central to nice towns, shopping and restaurants. If you can get to restaurant Vecchio Frantoio in Diamante it’s well worth it. Valerio and Laura are excellent hosts. You won’t be disappointed.

Clean, equipped, spacious apartment. Host is kind and responsive. Lamezia centrally located if you’re looking to visit Calabria by train.

The location of the apartment is the absolute dream. Although the house is quite outdated, but furnished with love, the beds are cozy. Arranging something in the bathroom itself. Beach chairs and umbrella are also available.
