Amazing rental in perfect location. Beautiful outdoor space and character filled interior. Greg is a lovely and warm host which added to our experience. We enjoyed his kind hospitality from showing us around to offering excellent restaurant suggestions. It was everything we needed for our unexpected extra day in Paris.

Absolutely gorgeous flat and perfect location! We were able to walk to all the sites, had lots of restaurants to choose from, and lots of shopping nearby. Very clean place. Great communication with the host. Can’t say enough good things about the place. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks again for a great stay!!!

Recommend this place very highly, host very responsive and area lovely and quiet. Walk to the train session under 20 mins and travel links in Paris are so good it's a great spot to stay. Lots of shops near by and the area is very affordable

Great place with vibrant atmosphere. Large well furnished kitchen and a wonderful living room space. The ambient lighting and large projector were a lovely addition to the living space. Paired with a great sound system, it transformed the living space into a cinema like atmosphere. Would definitely book again if I had the chance to go to Paris.

Very satisfied with the apartment, very close to the subway station. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we sometimes choose to make simple meals ourselves. French press pot guarantees hot coffee every day

Benoit is a great host. He is very responsive to our request and questions. He will respond within 5 min. Additional supplies were delivered in couple of hours. Very efficient. Instructions to get to the place and check-in is fantastic. Saved us the trouble to look around for the building. The apartment looks exactly like the photos published. Bedrooms are roomy and lots of storage available. Living and dining rooms spaces are reasonable. Overall is a great place for value. I am highly recommend this place if you don't mind to spend 30 minutes to go into Paris center.

This warm and cozy apartment was within walking distance to bus, rail, grocery markets, restaurants and more. The kitchen, while tiny, was functional and had everything we needed. We were 2 couples and found both the bed and fold out sofa very comfortable! Note that when there are 2 couples, the lounge becomes a 2nd generously sized bedroom and no longer a functional lounge. This was perfect for our needs as we only used the apartment to occasionally eat, sleep& change to go adventuring 😊 As for parking, outside the flat there's some free blue lined areas for evenings only until 9am. However if you head to the side streets near the train station, there are white lined (or no lined) sections with free parking. We did this on our first morning (15min walk) & left it there for our stay. The apartment, while a little worn, was perfectly priced for what it does offer. The host was friendly, helpful & a great communicator. We would happily use this apartment again if we go back to Paris!

Impeccable house! Very clean, well maintained, the rooms are spacious and the cleaning was perfectly done upon arrival. The neighborhood is quiet, making the stay even more enjoyable. The only downside is the barbecue: it is charged an extra €40, but upon arrival there was no charcoal or utensils for cooking, not even a knife to cut meat or seasonings. So we had to buy everything ourselves, which is a little exaggerated given the asking price. Other than that, everything went very well and I recommend the accommodation!

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

Very nice house, charmingly decorated, and with a host with nice communication and flexibility. We sleep very well and the only pity was that we were not able to use the speakers in the house, but anything else was perfect for our group of friend stay

My family and I had a great stay. The place was very clean and clutter-free. Michou welcomed us. He remained responsive from the beginning to the end of our stay. Michou even made everyday essentials available to us. We really enjoyed it, we felt right at home. I would highly recommend it.

Pierre was a thoughtful, responsive, and all in all amazing host! The house was perfect for our family of 4 plus an aunt and a dog :) Super comfortable and complete. The location is great for parking the car and having a good resting point in a cozy suburb (groceries, bakery in walking distance) The only thing to keep in mind is that the new public transport system in Paris segregates tickets for bus VS metro/rail - which makes the home location a bit far to walk to the nearest train station (~1.5km). We still thought it was worth it! Would stay there again if/when we come back to Paris :)

The apartment was very comfortable and was also in a great area of Paris. Such easy access to grocery stores and bakeries many recommended by the host too. Views are amazing and a very well appointed kitchen. Our host also was very accommodating with us when timing and plans changed and assisted us with holding our luggage in the apartment on our day of departure. Made our stay in Paris super comfortable with enough room for the whole family.

Very nice welcome, it's really to be recommended, easy to access, close to the Porte de Versailles 10 min walk, local restaurant, bakery 80 meters for the morning extra. Fully equipped That's great!

The view is unmatched truly. See it for yourself! My only issue is the lighting in the hallway didn’t turn on which made for some spooky walks up to the door but once inside everything was lovely.

Our weekend at Stan went very well. Small studio in a quiet area, 5 min from RER A and then 30 min from Paris. An Intermarché just above so you can do some shopping! Nearby restaurants as well. Stan is very responsive when we send him a message 👍🏼 thank you!

Brilliant communication with Michael. We loved his beautiful apartment. it was our first time staying in a home in Paris, instead of a hotel and we are so glad we found his place! You step inside and are transported into an artist's home, full of beauty. I was inspired by the paintings. Thank you!

Wow this place is such a gem! Super clean, cozy, so much charm, great location, quiet at night, very friendly host. We had everything we needed, and more. The apartment has a great book, art and music collection. We were 3 people and didn’t feel crowded at all with one person sleeping on the living room pull out. The curtains were very cool. Sometimes you can hear the faintest sound of someone else in the apartment building playing piano (they play very well) and that was the sweetest touch. We noticed a group of elderly neighbors get together outside to practice qi gong every morning - even in the winter! Neighbors walk their dogs along the canal. It’s all very romantic. We also fell in love with the restaurant l’Atmosphere which is around the corner. Overall fantastic stay. Will absolutely return, thank you!
