The host was extremely helpful and responsive. The place was immaculate! We booked on short notice and arrived with everything taken care off. We were there in the “off season” must only get better “in season”.

We had an outstanding time during our stay. Our host and the stay were outstanding. I would considering staying here again on our next visit. Very difficult to travel with 2 dogs but this worked out great for us.

Lovely place, very homey and peaceful. Everything you could possibly need. Very clear instructions for check in, which was super helpful since we arrived after dark. Very convenient location if you are visiting Colgate University. Highly recommend!!

We had a great stay on the lake. The property is perfect for a family, group or couple. The water access is amazing. The outdoor grill and flat top stove allowed us to have dinners outside with phenomenal views. The communication with the owners was awesome. We brought our kids and had a great time.

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed!!! I cannot say enough about how amazing Deb was. She and Joe constantly went above and beyond. The house is beautiful!! Very clean. Huge, loads of space. Great amenities. 2 second walk to the lake. Great internet if you’re working from home. We made memories to last a lifetime and we will be back next summer!!

the second we walked in, it felt warm and inviting and we felt very much at home. There was Christmas music playing when we arrived and a lit Christmas tree which was delightful. The house was cozy, and the beds were ULTRA COMFY! Communication was timely , helpful and pleasant

The setting was idyllic. The house was great. I wish it had come with more toilet paper. It was a minor annoyance to have to be concerned with something so trivial for the cost. Otherwise excellent.

While the access road is not for the faint of heart and more closets/clothing storage is needed, the cabin was very clean, well-stocked and organized. There were plenty of movies to choose from and a big firepit to enjoy. The property manager, Mike, was very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. All in all, the cabin is a lovely place to spend a few days relaxing and enjoying the incredible view.

This was our second time staying at Kathy’s wonderful Airbnb, and it was just as amazing and impeccable as we remembered! The property is absolutely perfect—immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Kathy’s attention to detail is truly outstanding, and it’s clear she cares deeply about making her guests feel at home. The location is ideal for exploring the Skaneateles area, with its charming shops, great restaurants, and beautiful scenery. We especially loved how cozy the place felt during the cold winter months—it was the perfect retreat. We already can’t wait to come back; this is our go-to place whenever we’re in the area. Beautiful house in a great neighborhood. Description is spot on. Believe it has even more than the description. Kitchen fully stocked with all the essentials. Propane fireplaces that were the perfect ambiance. Could only imagine how great the area is when it’s not a frozen tundra. 10/10 would stay again.

This is a large, beautiful and mostly well-appointed home in a scenic area and high-end neighborhood. The house is in very good condition with clean and comfortable furnishings. It worked very well for our fairly large group of 3 couples and two adult children. Each couple and child had their own comfortable bedroom with space to spare. It was a wonderful home base for us to visit with local families in the area for holiday celebrations. My only minor issues were: While the seating in the living room was quality, clean and comfortable, it was not an ideal arrangement for the space, and also, while the kitchen was large, clean, new-looking it is challenging to cook for the number of guests the house can accommodate. The beautiful kitchen was not really equipped to the size and standard it deserved. All that said, we would definitely stay again with pleasure.
