B&J Dormitory in Air Batang on Tioman Island just behind B&J Diving Centre/Tioman Dive Resort. We feature 4 air-conditioned dormitory rooms with ensuite bathrooms that can sleep 5 persons per dorm. We have all-female, all-male as well as mixed dorm rooms and you will likely share with other people. Bedsheets/towel are provided but are only changed once a week/after every guest. You will need to make-up your own bed. A/C is automatic from 3pm to 8am daily. Rates are per guest per night.

Beachfront Guest Suite by the Hill

Our guest suite is located in Kampung Juara on Tioman Island. Situated at the hillside on the northern side of Juara bay - with an amazing view of the whole bay - it's surrounded by pristine rainforest and beautiful nature. Peaceful and private area with a river separating the property from the common beach area. At high tide the river can be crossed with one of our shared kayaks - or just by wading through the water - and during low tide it's easy to walk in and out of the property.

A marina is filled with various boats and yachts, moored along a wooden dock. Lush green hills rise in the background, complemented by a clear blue sky and reflections on the calm water's surface.

CORAL REEF TIOMAN - Deluxe Room 4

Our Deluxe room is located right in front of the beach. Just 18 steps away from the sea. There is a superb stretch of coral reefs with colorful and lively corals and fish. A play ground for shark and turtle during high tide. If you are lucky! The room is air conditioned with attached bathroom and TV. There is also a personal hammock right in front of your room, for a chilled and relaxed personal time.

Imagine waking up in paradise - you step out of your brightly coloured room and the first thing you see is the turquoise water lapping against the white beach, just beyond a hammock gently swaying between the two palm trees flanking the space in front of your roofed personal porch...that's Rainbow chalet! Hidden from the crowds at Tekek, Juara is both incredibly peaceful and still well connected via a steep junglepath you can easily conquer with one of the multiple mopeds for rent if you really need to, otherwise there's enough beach cafes/restaurants and 2 mini markets at a convenient walking distance to keep you fed, so you can easily stay put for days, dipping into the lukewarm waves, exploring the lubuk teja waterfall about 1h of hiking through the jungle away, the turtle sanctuary, or the 3 coral reef areas that are reachable with a pair of fins, some rock-clambering (watch the tides!) and snorkelling equipment. A truly magical place!

The chalet is so cute and comfy. So private, calm, and so peace. The breakfast and meals are perfect 😍. Jungle trekking is the highlight of the trip. Walk for 30 minutes and you will find waterfalls. Snorkeling was worth it full of corals and fishes. We got a chance to see the shark. There is a Long Beach to walk enjoy the nature and calmness. Abbas is so lively and joyful host and tour guide. Mostly enjoy the stay here.

We had a great stay at the Nipah. We stayed for 5 nights and we really liked every minute. The booking was a bit of a gamble for us, but it was totally worth it. The pictures on Airbnb do not come close to the actual atmosphere. There is sea, beach, river, waterfall and great trips. The food is also really good. Nearby is a new hotel, but it did not bothered us. Actually they have a great pier for nice sunset views. The comfort of the rooms is not a 5 star hotel, but the location and activities are 5 star. Thanks Abbas and Naz!

The stay was amazing. Food was not an issue (only and issue for vegetarians and vegans). The location is very near other places which allows you to book activities like diving and snorkelling conveniently. Overall extreme bang for buck for the Juara (Easter Area) of the island
