I had an amazing stay at this property! The house itself is incredible – much larger than I expected and with a stunning atmosphere all around. The private property is spacious and offers complete peace and privacy, with no disturbances. Ashley, the host, was incredibly responsive and attentive, always getting back to me within 5 minutes for any questions or requests I had. Both the house and the host truly deserve a five-star rating. I will definitely be choosing this property again for my next stay and can't wait to return for another memorable experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway!

This gorgeous little cabin is tucked away on the backside of the lake so quiet and peaceful there . It looks like a fairly newer house. Very clean the house was very helpful and very responsive. A lot is to check in the same day that we booked it and check in very early. She was super helpful with everything. We would definitely love staying there again.

Awesome cabin! We had a great time, rope swing was a favorite. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in the area. Not too far from Ole Miss, Memphis, batesville. Sardis Lake was beautiful and a cool fishing spot.

I had been looking for a three-bedroom/two bath home to share with two friends while attending the Juke Joint Festival in Clarksdale, and we lucked into this place. While it was close to an hour ride to the festival, it was nice to come home to this lovely, quiet place in Batesville. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen and living areas spacious, and the neighborhood nice to walk around, with little shops and even a Piggly Wiggly nearby. We felt right at home, which probably would not have been the case if we'd found something in Clarksdale.

Enjoyed this stay so much! The host was very responsive and proactive. Location was lovely and peaceful; perfect for a baecation or family getaway. This space had everything you need and the furniture was comfortable. There is a local coffee shop down the road that offers a complimentary cup if you show you are staying on the property. Also a steakhouse about 10 mins away! 5/5 stars! Will be visiting again in the near future!

We had a minor glitch during check-in, but Morgan was able to immediately set our error right. No further issues for the entire stay. The venue was well appointed. Nothing was lacking. And the location was ideal for our needs. Morgan was extremely friendly and helpful.

We Really enjoyed our stay here. We were there for a fishing trip. We didn’t get to fish as much as we wanted due to cold, rainy weather, but the house was a great comfortable place to get some R&R before heading back home for the work week.

Perfect spot for a large group to stay after a ballgame. We had tons of room and enjoyed being able to hang out and eat meals together. Plenty of comfy beds and clean bathrooms for our group!

Rustic Retreat Near Sardis Lake | Summer Getaway

This place was quaint, quiet, and peaceful. It was an 11 minute drive to Sardis Lake Marina and 25 minute drive to Oxford/Ole Miss Campus. We were able to secure ride shares at different times of the day. The place was exactly as described and the host was very proactive in communicating. It was clean, has the essentials, and was perfect for our weekend trip.
