Vacation rentals with a pool in Panggungharjo

The house is amazing. It have a small clean pool where kids can play around, it located in the middle of kampung so you'll have a fresh and clean air, it have a vintage spacious joglo where you can place an additional extra bed if needed or a common place from guest and visitor to hang around. They serve you with delicious breakfast and pack you with a wonderful take away local food. Wonderful.

A Tranquil Oasis in Yogyakarta Our stay at Griya Arsanta was an absolute delight. Yeni is a warm and welcoming host who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Definitely one of three best Airbnb I have ever stayed in! Novi and Bjorn’s place is really amazing! The heritage home gave us a very homely feeling and too comfortable to go out for attractions visit! We can tell a lot of effort has been put into to the detail to make it clean and cozy. Thanks Pak Tunggal’s hospitality and also showing us around to share more about the history of this heritage home. The location easily accessible by Grab to Malioboro street in 10-15 min, walkable distance to a grocery place with eatery. I am sure I’ll come back again for my next trip to Jogja!

Feel like at home because the facilities are complete, especially the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. Very worth the price with 3 rooms that can accommodate all of us comfortably. Unfortunately because our duration in Yogya was very short so didn't have time to try the pool. Location in a residential area so it felt quiet. But also close to several food places that can be reached by foot. Mbak Yani who welcomed and met us when we were about to check out was also very friendly and responsive. Definitely our top of the list when we visit Yogya next time.

Three KTs (inc. 2 KM inside) are spacious, 1 KM outside, comfortable for 5 adults & 14-month twin grandchildren. The living room is clean bright, modern, suitable for family gatherings & twins. Fully equipped kitchen facilities, Clean swimming pool, cold air conditioning, smooth warm water, TV (we don't use it). Location is near St. Lempuyangan. Carpark. We enjoyed our few days here. The breakfast and laundry services were much appreciated. The space offered a peaceful, traditional feel inside the city. The pool provided a refreshing start to each day. We loved our time in Yogya and this space certainly played a part.

Great place for a short stay to experience the city

We had a very good stay at this Airbnb! The place was perfectly equipped with everything we needed— a fully stocked kitchen, all the essentials for the bathroom, and even an extra table, making it super convenient. Nothing was missing! Communication with the host was seamless; they were always available and easy to reach. The location was great, with easy scooter access to all amenities and the best spots in Yogyakarta. The building itself has a swimming pool and gym, the access is included in the stay. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Yogyakarta!

Very clean and comfortable apartment. It is spacious and has a modern and inspiring ambience. Feels like a home, could definitely stay longer. The ACs work well, WiFi is good, there is free parking in the bottom floor. The host is very helpful too. I will stay there again if I come back to Jogja.

good and comfort and place

One of the reasons for choosing Mba Sekar's apartment is the presence of a washing machine, it's very important if you go with small children. All facilities are complete even up to the iron fragrance, broomstick, and clothesline along with the clasp. Mba Sekar and Mas Bondan are also responsive, and the book manual provided is detailed and informative. The pool is also quiet and clean, so kids are comfortable swimming too;)
