Vacation rentals in Panfilova

Fantastic location in a new building. The size of the apartment is nice (large living area connected to the kitchen and a spacious bedroom). About a 5 minute walk away is the Mega Park. A little noise could be heard from the occasional drilling but it was only a couple times during my week long stay and so I don't think it is an issue. I would stay here again.

I have stay for 3 days and it was very warm place to stay feel like own home , love the room very neat and clean, everything is perfect, bathroom is clean,kitchen is clean , I recommend this place ,love to visit again.apartment is as shown in picture. very special thanks to our host julia she is very kind and humble and understanding 😊

This place was nice. Accommodate well for my family (2 adult and 2 kids) the kitchen has everything we need. The location Is not on the center of the city, but the area is really nice and the taxi in kz is very cheap. (Around 2-3 USD to the main city) many restaurants and supermarkets just behind the building, i recommend to try the eva coffee which is walking distance from the apartment. They open at 7, have a great coffee, tea and breakfast. The host was extremely helpful and nice. He greeted us when we arrived, having some house tour and gave us restaurant recommendations.

The place is very beautiful. The host cooperates with you once and the respectful of the place is sweet. Everything you need is from a supermarket and friendly breakfasts and thank you

Absolutely loved the stay, nice and peaceful neighbourhood, right in the city centre. Marta was very friendly and easy to communicate with, everything went smooth. Haven’t got even one little thing to complain about. Recommended.

A lovely, well-furnished apartment. The flat is big, clean, and comfortable. It has all the essential appliances and kitchen items, and even a big TV and dishwasher. It's in a newly built block in a quiet but well-connected part of town. The block's near a number of shops, has a nice cafe on the ground floor, and is just opposite a well-equipped gym (with well priced day passes!). Bekzat was a perfect host --- very communicative and understanding. He gave clear instructions for checking in and sorted the questions I had very quickly. I'd very much recommend!

I used to live in Almaty, and can tell that this apartment is absolutely amazing, offering top-tier quality and a fantastic location that's perfect for exploring the area. The space is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, exceeding all expectations. The hosts are incredibly helpful and responsive.

I liked the place but it looked less refined than the pictures. The area is great, near the pedestrian street with a lot of cafes near by, Panfilov street. However, the particular house and the courtyard look sketchy. The place is spacious and has all the basics which compensates the worn out feel of the building. There is one on the wall AC unit in one room, it was adequate for warm weather but I can imagine this place would be hot when the weather is hot. Overall I felt the place was worth the price
