Vacation rentals with lake access in Panaji

I recently had a memorable college friends’ reunion at Villa Amarelo, and I’m leaving with a heart full of memories! The villa is cozy, well-equipped, and designed for a comfortable stay. Our best moments were spent by the pool during the day, soaking in the sun, and in the living room late at night, reliving old times and creating new stories. A big thank you to Payal, our wonderful host, and Surender, the caretaker, for their exceptional hospitality. They were always on their toes, ensuring we had everything we needed.

The property is extremely beautiful,closer to the nature in a peaceful community. The flat is exactly same as shown in the photos.Neat and tidy, aesthetically designed and from the balcony, you can get a glimpse of Nerul river. House-help Pushpa didi comes everyday for cleaning purpose. Society pool is also very clean,we had a great time there. The place is 2km away from Candolim beach making it easier to reach all the famous spots of north Goa. Supermarket is just 500 meters away. Hema had also given the contacts for Airport cab and scooty for rental. Both the contacts were very reasonable and provided the service at our doorstep.Overall, This was the perfect place for us and we fully enjoyed the stay at Hema’s place. Would love to come again

great place to stay after tiring beach walks. There are no shops nearby so you will have to order from their restaurant only. But the food and drinks are very good.

Lovely property, the riverside infinity pool and views are very serene and peaceful. The interiors are luxurious and aesthetic. The caretaker was very helpful and friendly, good host team too. Thank you for hosting us. Will definitely visit soon again.

Hey Everyone, If you are looking for budget friendly, clean and relaxing stay, go book Alex Marie Guest house without thinking twice. It is a truly amazing stay, with all amenities which you won't get at any hotel. You can even cook your own food. The stay is situated near candolium market and beach. Patricia the owner is very kind and understanding. Thank you dear for making our stay hassle free.

The property is lavish and spacious, featuring a lift and elegantly designed rooms, making it ideal for Airbnb. The top room (Presidential Suite) includes a bathtub. Check-in, breakfast, toiletries, and linen were all luxurious and well maintained. The private pool was decently sized, with a larger pool just outside the villa. Located in a gated community of holiday villas, it offers safety and excellent amenities. Along with private parking, power backup, wifi etc. The location is superb, with cafes, pubs, beaches, and Anjuna/Candolim just 10 minutes away. The caretaker is efficient, and the host is excellent. He also prepared home cooked meals at a reasonable charge. 10/10 recommend anyone looking for affordable luxury.

Had an incredible time staying at the BlueJam Villa and would have liked to have been there longer, ideally. The Villa has incredible aesthetics, is extremely comfortable and comes with a considerate and efficient caretaker as well. It’s incredibly spacious and I was able to host several friends that I hadn’t seen in very long. I’d say that this place is ideal for a friend group looking for a well located place. It’s also the sort of place that lends itself to hosting friends. Additionally, the host is extremely flexible, accommodating and receptive.

Place is very nice.. feels like home. Host is really welcoming and all amenities are up to expectation.
