The apartment is spotless, it's just like the description and the photos. The ocean view and the view of the sunsets from the apartment is unparalleled. I loved the detail of leaving air fresheners in every room in the apartment, which gave a sense of cleanliness and freshness. The condominium has many activities to do (pools, jacuzzi, sauna, etc); it is super entertaining for those days where you want to stay at home and rest a little. Likewise, the condominium has direct access to the beach, which allows you to go out and walk a little around. Soraya's instructions are super easy to understand and we didn't have any issues during our stay.

Excellent summer house, we are very happy with my family. It is an enclosed and safe condominium, very quiet, leaving Tongoy towards Puerto Velero. Marcela is a 7, very friendly, very punctual, and responds as soon as possible. The house was spotless, very clean and tidy. Everything works perfect, calefont, washing machine, oven, directv, microwave, kettle, among others. The house is a little further away than I imagined to walk somewhere, but by car downtown is 5 minutes away, and the parking lots in Socos 3 mins away. The house has stairs a bit dangerous for small children (for my 2 year old for example) as it has living room upstairs, and the rooms down then are of a lot of traffic. As a suggestion I might have some type of protection. Everything else, just as I mentioned, a liking. With these considerations, I recommend it 100% and would rent it again.

Excellent hosts and excellent home for the family . Very comfortable rooms, quiet sector and easily accessible. Walking you reach the sea and beautiful sunsets for its prime view.

Juan carlos helped us with pickup and dropoff from airport. If we had taken an Uber we may not have access to enter the apartment gates. We happily tipped him for the generous offer as that’s the right thing to do. Our flight got delayed and he had to go back & wait for us again. Nice stay and brilliant views. We left early in the morning and amenities were comfortable. Ubereats delivers to this place.
