very recommended. the place is great and smells good. the host is very helpful and responsive, he even got the building engineer to fix something during my stay and everything was very quick and efficient.

my second time staying here with friends, and it's still as comfortable as the last time! very easy to check in with clear instructions. when you enter the place everything is clean and neat too

Very clean and modern apartment with easy access to Hublife and Mall Taman Anggrek. Perfect for family of 3. Location is great because there are lots of food options around. Check in and check out is easy and flexible.

Staying here feels like staying at home. Easy check in and check out, cooking utensils and gas are also available. Plus there's a washing machine too 🩷 so you can do laundry after a few days away. Really enjoy the stay here. Recommended 🩷

A good place to stay, I'm staying with my father that use a wheelchair and the access is easy and smooth, and still quite spacious to manoeuvre. Clean and we'll equiped. It's near Aeon mall which a plus point. recommended 👍

Hello! I’ve used Adriel’s unit for 15 nights and I don’t have any regrets! Adriel is very responsive and kindly accommodating the requests that I had. The building is located in a strategic position ,walking distance from MRT that I used to go my office and department store Lotte Avenue. The building itself is brand new, clean , with very friendly staff. The apartment is very nice , great view and literally fully equipped. Overall, highly recommended and hope to use again! 😉

My family and I had a great time staying in Evan's apartment although it was just a short transit. Nita, Evan's assistant, was quick to response so everything went smoothly.

very quiet and cozy environment with three rooms. all well equiped with air con and comfortable beds. perfectly fit for families and friends. a lot walkable restaurant for food like soto, bakso, dimsum etc for breakfast and lunch. very easy accessible for grab or gojek food as well. many amenities in walking distance, very mature township, my son was fever due to under weather, I managed to get medicine in just walking distance. truthfully, we enjoyed our short staycation holiday at Mr hidayat house. definitely worth the price and next visit. highly recommended to visit Mr Hidayat house at villa bintaro regency.

I wanted to say thank you to Ms. Annette to have allowed me and my husband to be able to experience an amazing stay at her house this weekend. From the beginning, the communication is smooth and clear. House rules were explained well and nothing out of the ordinary. As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed by one of the friendliest and most helpful security. He was very helpful with our preparation for bbq pool themed birthday party. We have some friends over and they were all really enjoyed the house, especially the pool. The house has ample space and the layout is very convenience for the party. I would come back just to take a dive at this pool. The bedroom is amazing, amenities provided are suffice, all very well prepared. We had a really good night sleep, thanks to the AC for making the room super cold as we like it. Overall, we enjoyed our weekend very, very much and I can only thank Ms. Annette to make that possible. Hopefully I will come back soon and definitely will choose your house again.

It’s a nice place for staycation with friends. I don’t recommend it if you stay with elders because the bed rooms are all in the 2nd floor. The house is so clean, mineral water available, natural lighting is good, not humid and not smelly. For this level of services, it’s soooooooo worth the price!🫶

The place is as cute as the picture. Besides aesthetically pleasant, it’s also feel homey. The kitchen tools are complete, so if you are with family and want to prepare your own food it would be easy access. Also, the owner of the place is so thoughtful to leave us some beverages and snacks. Would definitely recommend this place 🥰

Recommended ✨ even though it's in depok but the vibes are like the top of the poke, access to the location is easy and many stalls around it is very easy if you look for snacks or vegetables. Starting from the clean room facilities and the mattress is soft and fragrant and comfortable, the bathroom is also clean complete with soap and shampoo, don't forget to bring toothbrush and toothpaste because if it's not, the living room is really okay, we need to make office meetings so it's free, the kitchen facilities are also complete with a bbq. The villa owner is also very cooperative very easy to communicate from before checkin, when there are some things also very responsive and solutive and until the checkout is done and the communication is also good. The villa keeper is also very nice pokies. Don't call it😍✨
