Second time I stay in the house, I like it because my son has the possibility of bricking in the condominium. I'll come back more often.

I would like to thank you for the stay as I was very well received, family and cozy apartment, I felt at home, all very clean, all very organized. Perfect location is close to everything mostly from the best shopping spots. Apartamento is very familiar, without a mess, without loud sound, the neighbor very responsible with the rules of the condo. Security with the electronic lock. I would again like to thank you, a place that I will certainly return more often. Obs: apartment has everything. All necessary household utensils, my concern was only to buy the food and the grocery store is 3 minutes standing.

For almost two weeks, it was our home. Nothing luxurious, as the listing itself suggested, but everything working, clean, airy, organized, clean and quiet. Highlights: accommodation for 6 people in 3 bedrooms; 2 baths in very good condition; excellent refrigerator. Improving (without compromising): kitchen utensils (renovate, complete), bedroom furniture (repairs). In short: it was well worth it and, due to Igor's behavior, it should improve even further. My stay was great! The space was super clean, with a very pleasant environment, and communication was excellent throughout the entire experience. I highly recommend it!

The apartment is simple, as in the photos, and for what we proposed, it served us very well. The location is very good, there are bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies, ice cream shops, everything very close. The building is very good and safe. The residents are very kind. The host is very quiet and always responded to us quickly and kindly. Some caveats are necessary because I also use this space to inform me about this type of search: parking is for small car. The building has no elevator, and the apartment is on the second floor. The apto has only one double bed and one single bed. The third bed is a sofa bed, which served us well because we have two small children. The kitchen is for the basics, and for those who are in transit, is enough. On the side of the building there is a bar that bothered us a lot by the noise. But I emphasize that for us it was a great stay and it served us well.
