Vacation rentals with a pool in Pamlico Sound

Shawn was a good host and answered all my questions very fast and gave us accommodations. The place was very clean, perfect for our family and our dog! We’ll definitely be coming back soon!

Without a doubt one of the best places we have stayed in. Alan was easy to communicate with and super responsive . The house was beautiful and in a peaceful area. Neighbors were wonderful. Kitchen was easy to cook meals in and had everything we needed. Beds were clean and comfortable, showers were hot and towels were fluffy! The sound was a walk down the driveway and had great sunsets. Beach access was less than a 8 minute drive. Beach towels and all things you need were available. Pool was perfect and clean. The canal at the back of the house was great and lots of wildlife to hang out with. We would without a doubt come back again!! Just loved this place so much!! Thank you Alan for making our vacation so stress free and enjoyable!!

Our group had the opportunity to stay at Steve's rental in Atlantic Beach just 1 block from the ocean. It was a comfort space, very reasonable price (since it was the off season), and we enjoyed the amenities that the kitchen offered as well as the aray of fun games at the house. Steve was very proactive as getting us setup for check in and responsive throughout our entire stay. A beautiful area and very peaceful in the winter. We loved exploring the beach and being so close to plenty of restaurants and town. A memorable stay!

Enjoyed our stay. Loved that we could utilize the community pool since the beach had red flags during our entire stay. The beach access private parking was also a plus. Hot tub was a great way to end the day. Lots of space for family meals at the dinning room table.

Great hidden gem in Southern Shores! A nice walk to the beach was only 10 minutes and well shaded. Most days the beach was empty and felt pretty secluded. The close parking lot option is also good for those who prefer a shorter walk. House was fully stocked with everything we needed for the week, including extras like all the beach supplies, games and chairs. Brand new coffee pot also a nice surprise. The pool area was fantastic and much nicer than other pools we’ve had onsite at OBX. The teenage boys loved the slide and also was fully stocked with floats, games, etc. The outdoor fridge, wet bar and bathroom right there made it easy to hang out at the pool all day. A tropical storm was moving through for a part of the week and Mary was sure to communicate with us about the crew coming through to secure all outside furniture.

Debbie-Lyn and her cohost Christina, were very responsive answering questions and easy to deal with. The unit was very clean with a comfortable bed and we liked the privacy afforded by the location. We enjoyed our stay and would do so again should we return to Kitty Hawk. We would recommend the Carolina Cabana for any couple looking for an AirBnB in the Kitty Hawk area.

We absolutely adored this home! It was very peaceful and relaxing. The sound views was the cherry on top, especially the gorgeous sunset every evening. The condo itself was super clean and exceeded our expectations of cleanliness. We appreciated all the little extras the host made available and the bed was comfortable and restful. We cannot wait to come back and make a "Sound Decision" because it was a truly amazing stay! Thanks for hosting us!

Great place. For its size and value, it literally has a ton of great features . The theatre room is amazing, especially with having kids. Has a beach volleyball court! The arcade has thousands of games and brought me back 25 years (Pac-Man, Mario, Galaga, Street Fighter, and 1,000’s more). We went when it typically would not be considered swimming weather, however, we had the option to have the pool heated at least a day or so before arriving and it made a huge difference and allowed for my girls and I to swim in early April (and I did jump in the ocean to compare and it was a 25-30 degree difference! Lol). The owner is very quick to respond, has the instructions available prior to arrival, recommendations for food, churches, , and activities. If you don’t mind a 3-5 minute stroll to the beach, it is honestly not that far away. Walmart, Target, Grocery stores, putt putt, dunes, Wings, fishing pier, are very close by. The aquarium was a 20 min drive but was worth it. Fun experience.
