Had an amazing stay, everything was perfect—from the spotless room and friendly staff to the smooth check-in and ideal location. Truly one of the best stays I’ve had. Highly recommend to anyone visiting!

It was a wonderful stay at the place overnight. The property is well-maintained and offers a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making us feel at home. From the cozy interiors to the thoughtful amenities, everything was just perfect.

Superb Stay. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds and extra bed provided. All amenities were given. Clean Drinking water available in the vicinity. Pool facilities were great. Host is also very active and constantly in touch, also ready to help in any way possible Overall great experience. Definitely recommended

Vasu ( quite chatty), Avinash’s father & his wife ( smart but a quiet listener) were the ones who met us and helped in check in. Vasu makes it a point to meet and greet any new customer, which is good. The apartment was fantastic - it had the stamp of IKEA - most furniture was Ikea. But a lots of amenities which you would probably not find in other airbnbs - for example - he has provided - microwave, toaster, a wonderful induction gas, washing machine with Surf excelmatic ( not common), scissors, pots and pans, cutlery even a wine bottle opener, AC’s in Hall, and both bedrooms, body wash, shampoo & conditioner ( good quality)..and the list goes on. But he also had 4 bottles of Budweiser beer ( which was a first), dry cleaned towels and handkerchief etc etc..The place is part of a huge housing complex and it has a lot of facilities. All in all a READY TO MOVE IN APARTMENT. A big Thanks to Vasu & his wife. They manage many other properties in Goa.

Our stay at Coastal Sanctuary was nothing short of spectacular! The interior was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything we needed, from a modern kitchen to plush bedding. Peaceful location ...very beautiful house ..host Ms. Josephine was very sweet and quick responsive. She was always available when needed and helpful too. location was a little far from the nearby beaches but overall experience was amazing and totally worth it..

Galgibaga Beach is stunning with very soft sand and a lifeguard present all day. The clean beach is a turtle nesting site, where you might spot Olive Ridley turtles in Jan - Feb. Cozy Patrix House lives up to its name—it's comfortable and well-equipped. Mr. Heracles provides all necessary details in a diary. The owners, Mr. Heracles and Mrs. Liza, are friendly and always available. Amenities include a washing machine, gas stove, utensils, refrigerator, TV, ACs, and high-speed fans. They also provide beach mats, hats, frisbee, and an umbrella. The house is clean, well-lit, and has high-speed internet. Essentials like tea, coffee, and detergent are already available. They even provided a baby chair for our toddler. There is a clothes hanging area on the terrace, though caution is needed as it has no walls. Mr. Heracles helped us hire a cook, and the service was excellent. Overall, our experience was lovely, and we highly recommend Cozy Patrix House. We look forward to visiting again!

everything was perfect. stayed here with 3 kids. We received the apartment after painting and cleaning. The house is spacious and comfortable, 2 minutes walking distance to the beach, and communication with Ditesh was excellent. For everything we asked for or needed, we received an immediate response. thanks for everything

We chose this location as it was an area that my elderly mother was comfortable with. The house is big and spacious. Each bedroom has a bathroom and a ground floor bedroom was great for someone like my mother who finds stairs harder. The caretaker is a lovely young lad that responds the moment he gets a request. For longer stays like ours, I would add an electric kettle and check the cooking utensils and crockery. Praveen was more that responsive and flexible and went out of his way to respond. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Excellent property. Exactly as described in the site. All amenities like fridge (four-door), dish washer, washing machine and full fledged kitchen. Very calm, serene and privately gated property. A peaceful backyard where you can sit underneath a banyan tea and meditate. You require a vehicle at your disposal. Not close to sea. Very helpful co-host (Aneesha) and care taker (Catauno).

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb property in Goa! The apartment was not only clean and well-maintained but also very comfortable. The view of the Zuari Bridge from every room was absolutely stunning—it made for a perfect backdrop throughout my stay. The amenities provided were excellent, ensuring a hassle-free experience. The grocery shop right outside was super convenient, and I loved that Swiggy and Zomato delivered to the property. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my future visits to Goa! Highly recommend!

i felt a brother giving his house to stay. took the keys from watchman went into the home like its our own and everything was intact with all the amenities mentioned in the room as well as house exactly as shown in the photo. looking forward to book another trip in upcoming month

It was a peaceful stay in this beautiful listing. It had everything to do work from home as well. Had all the listing mentioned, this is near to Dabolim Airport and near to beaches like Bogmalo and Hollant. Caretaker was very helpful always checked if need anything.
