Vacation rentals in Palmichal

We stayed here with another couple and the place was awesome. Private bathrooms off both bedrooms and an additional bathroom was just perfect. We were walking distance to some fantastic restaurants, although the water was a bit rough our view from the balcony was spectacular. We are looking forward to booking this beautiful place next year.

Great 6 day stay in Alex's home. He is very responsive and will accommodate requests "within reason" to make sure his guests are comfortable in his home. The house is very clean and inviting - I felt right at home. The neighborhood is walkable and safe, my party ventured out late at night and felt comfortable navigating around the property. There are rules to staying on this property but I appreciated the care and precise instructions and it only shows the owners want to protect their investments. There are coffee shops, grocery stores, convenience stores, bars ( all the the stuff tourists would appreciate) within walking distance. I really enjoyed my stay!!!

We enjoyed our stay. Our house was always taken care of each day and will truly miss the friendships we made on this trip. Our housekeeper was a sweetheart and the locals we met made this trip unforgettable. Until the next time, good bye Costa Rica

An extremely comfortable place, private and equipped with all the amenities described. It is ideal for both couples and children trips. The location is great, very close to the beach and the pool area, which is a great plus point in such a spacious condominium. Also, in the area it is easy to find options to buy anything you need. Carol was always very kind, responded quickly to our inquiries and was attentive, offering us helpful recommendations. Without a doubt, an experience we hope to repeat. We'll be back again!

Place in the center of Jaco a block walking in a straight line which gives a good beach area, close to everything, it is in the middle of everything but with the tranquility and security that this private community gives you, always clean pools, they have a well-established regulation that contributes to a lot of respect and order, I thought it was excellent. The house is very well decorated, we arrived without problems and we were able to use the pool before entering the house. Very well equipped kitchen with everything you need, air conditioning and TVs in the rooms and in the living room, and everything is very clean equally the bathroom, they certainly feel like coming back. We really enjoyed the installations, thank you.

Absolutely what we were hoping for. Very clean and well maintained. The fit and finish are great and it’s obvious the owners put a lot of thought into making it comfortable. High quality linens and mattresses made for a great nights sleep. We look forward to a return visit.

Our stay at the romantic beach house was nothing short of fantastic. The casita was super clean with all the amenities you could possibly need. Also clear instructions on how to use them. Also, several very good tips on local attractions, restaurants, etc. The view was amazing and so was the host. Very friendly, responsive and helpful in all aspects. Very highly recommended!

The place is beautifully kept and comfortable. The host is always very attentive and with seamless communication. It is a recommended place for a quick getaway and to enjoy listening to the sea from the comfort of the apartment.
