Great stay, place is small but perfect for what we needed. Lots of extra touches from Lynette which were really appreciated.

A grand old home that has been caringly rennovated, with large attractive grounds. We had a relaxing stay, it was warm and comfortable and nice to return to at the end of the day.

Cecile’s home is very comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied, plenty of towels were provided, and the whole house was very clean. The outside areas were pleasant and green. We loved seeing sheep in the neighboring pasture. Cecile also left us cereal, milk, and bread for breakfast. Cecile’s place is a great.

this was our second stay here and we loved it even more. Philippa is a great host who is always friendly and helpful, and the cottage is beautiful, peaceful and perfect for a quiet relaxing weekend. The outdoor bath is a big highlight, and the catering options were really good too. We definitely recommend this place to anyone, and we will be back again!

I highly recommend this place. It was perfect for our family and our dog. Our 3 kids are 12, 15 and 16 and we all loved playing records and boardgames and generally just chilling out. We loved the big open living area which was comfy and stylish. 3 of us got in the pool and had a great time. Then having a log fire at night was a treat. The place is amazing and im defiantly coming back lots as I just feel rejuvenated. ooo yes and we played Tennis too that was fun and all the little touches around the place made our stay wonderful. Thank you so much Leona and Matt for sharing this delightful old school with us. It was great to meet you both and we will be back!

Beautiful property, located conveniently in the middle of a mini shopping village right at the end of the drive, the pictures of this property do not do it justice (my opinion) it’s so much more! Sarah property was able to host 10 of us a bed each lien towels toiletries everything was provided the house was fitted with everything we needed for a group our size, update bathrooms laundry kitchen beds were all super comfortable then there is the spa which was perfect to just jump in and relax after a day of training, highly recommend this property, Sarah is an awesome host great communication before, during and at check out, a big thank you to you and your team Sarah for an amazing stay

A great evening respite during a stressful time as we searched for a retirement home for parents.

An absolute gem! Dwayne's home is beautiful, the views are amazing and it's incredibly private and quiet. The house is well maintained and has everything you need, we were there for 2 weeks and it was great! Dwayne was quick to respond to messages in the lead up to our booking, answered all our questions, and even met us at the house to give us a guided tour and detailed handover to ensure we were all set. He also checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going well. The house is spacious and would be great for large groups, beds are comfortable, bathrooms are modern and clean (and theres lots of them!) Honestly couldn't have asked for a better property or host!

The place was as described and absolutely perfect for a weekend away. Check in was super easy No function was on downstairs so very quiet.

I think that the fact we have stayed there so many times is a testament to how much we love returning to this peaceful, clean, and lovely little cottage. If you are looking for serenity and comfort, you can do no better.
