I recently stayed at this beautiful apartment in Palma for my birthday, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The location was perfect—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and all the major sights. We loved being able to explore the vibrant streets and return to such a peaceful and well-appointed space. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was modern and welcoming, and the views from the windows were just stunning. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, making sure everything was in place for our stay. They even left us a lovely birthday surprise, which was a thoughtful touch that made the trip even more special. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Palma. It was the perfect spot for a birthday celebration, and we would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing stay in an incredible setting. Everything was as described. There is a restaurant on site. very nice bedding. there are hiking trails near the accommodation.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was spotless and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, along with a lovely balcony with a sea view. Paul and Alex on reception are so welcoming and friendly and really do go out their way to ensure you feel right at home and have everything you need. We had a lovely 3 night break, the sun shone and we enjoyed many a drink sat on the balcony looking at the sea. A quick 10 minutes (if that) from the airport in a taxi and very easy to find. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again and once again thank you to Paul and Alex!

Was very happy with the place and the great view from the large terrace. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff is just top notch. Overall, it was a nice and relaxing short trip and highly recommended.

The suite was really very nice and clean. The only thing I noticed was that the decorative pillow covers absolutely must be washed again. They weren't dirty but smelled unpleasant, as did the sofa bed! Otherwise, we felt right at home. The terrace has beautiful sea views. The suite is as shown in the pictures. The staff are really very friendly, we enjoyed it very much. In the kitchen there was everything you needed. We would book the suite again at any time even if we are not Ballermann fans, this place was perfect to prepare for the return flight!

Serenity Apartments are worth to recommend. The apartment was clean and had room service several times during the stay. There are easily available parking places along the steet. Self check in was easy to made and the reception was available at any time.

We had a lovely time and the apartment is very clean, a bit dark but very well located. Recommend!

Miguel and Carolina's accommodation is in the middle of the old town of Palma, in a quiet side street, away from noise. But a great base for exploring the city. Everything is very close (train station, bus stations, groceries, etc.). The apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need. If you want to explore Palma and the island of Mallorca, you are in good hands here.

I enjoyed my stay. Great location close to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, parking, etc.
