Amazing place near dubai mall and the metro station! The view from the apartment is breathtaking and even better from the pool/top of the building!

a very good apartment complex with a good gym. very clean apartment. good service. price fair for what one gets. no supermarket found within walking distance and very little in the way of cafés and restaurants. New area, so will probably develop further. a good functional gym. building maintained very well, secure. very recommended.

Outstanding stay with a fantastic host who ensured we had everything we needed! The location couldn't be better, and the apartment's excellent amenities made us feel right at home. The breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa were the perfect backdrop to our Dubai adventure.

Best service ever and best place

Had a pleasant stay with Gemstay Vacation Homes. The host was very available and responsive, and I really appreciated the flexibility of the welcome as well as the warm support of the staff, very efficient. The apartment offered a very nice view of the Marina, a lively area with many activities, shops and restaurants nearby. In addition, it is located not far from the Marina Mall which is very convenient. The apartment itself was clean, tidy and perfectly equipped, which made my stay even more comfortable. I highly recommend it and would not hesitate to come back!

This was our first time in Dubai and we were not disappointed at all. Clean, great views, and the beach is across the street. Dmitry was an excellent host answering any questions we had quickly and giving us detailed instructions for check in/out.
