Exactly as expected. Short walk to beach. Best unit in the small complex with the screened in porch. Quiet and clean. James and staff very helpful.

Nice quiet space. Within a short walk to many restaurants on a well lite sidewalk. The onsite washer and dryer are convenient but pricey at 5.75 per load.

Amazing experience! The unit is gorgeous. On top of that, high end amenities - Le Labo shampoos etc, robes, slippers, espresso machine - place is proper class. The actual resort is gorgeous. Food is amazing, spa is great (worth getting a day pass) The host / proper gent. Texted me immediately anytime I reached out. Definitely going back!

We enjoyed our stay at Kasa Delray. It was a gated and safe with a nicely landscaped area. The apartment had everything we needed. The can opener was broken and replaced quickly. The pool area was very nice with plenty of seating for sun and shade. The location was perfect for us. Our only issue is that the pool wasn't heated. Most other guests also expressed disappointment as well.

Perfect Stay – Highly Recommended! My husband and youngest son had a great experience. The place was exactly as described – beautifully decorated, super clean, and very comfortable. Sean was an excellent host. He was responsive, welcoming, and provided all details in reference to their stay. Always responded in a timely manner, which was a plus! My son gives this stay 5 Stars!!

It was a beautiful beach location. Walkable to the beach and restaurants. The home was newly renovated and very clean. We will definitely return if we are in the area.

First and foremost, I want to thank Eduardo for his quick response and making our time in Royal Palm Beach the best it could have been for the Eason we had to go down. Myself and three fellow officers needed a place in a hurry to attend and pay our final respects for the three palm beach county motor officers who tragically lost their lives on November 21st. I found Eduardo’s places and immediately messaged him. The Airbnb site said the host would typically respond within an hour. This was not the case. Eduardo immediately responded and did not hesitate to work with me. Eduardo made his home available to us with no questions asked and kept in touch with us the entire time. If I ever have the need to go back to the area, I will definitely reach out again and stay in his home. The pictures actually don’t do the inside justice, because it is absolutely beautiful in person. Thanks again for everything Eduardo. You and your team get an A+++++!

This location is ideal for a Florida trip as it’s within walking distance of a grocery store and just over the bridge is the beach. We loved the outdoor patio area and enjoyed the proximity to many things.

Fantastic home!! Gorgeous. Looks just like the photos. So many fun things to do at the house. Del Ray is really fun, awesome restaurants and beautiful beach, but we stayed at the pool / house quite a lot! WiFi was excellent and goes all the way to the backyard bar / sofa area. Owners were very responsive. We had a small snag on arrival and they were over within 10-15 minutes! No dishwasher but the kitchen is well stocked. Comfortable beds too!

We had a fabulous 11 day stay! It was our daughter’s first vacation (she is almost 9 months old.) We could not have prayed for a better experience! We spent a ton of time poolside, it was perfect for her! The pool heated up nicely during the day since it has direct sunlight all day long. The sun room was fabulous it was really convenient that the pool was right there. We set up our daughter’s play mat in there with all of her toys - she really enjoyed it! Highly recommend going to Juno Beach - there is tons of parking and the beach is fantastic. Waterway Cafe was our favorite restaurant during our stay! We played 2 great local golf courses; Palm Beach Country Club & Palm Beach Par-3 Course. If you golf, these 2 courses are a MUST! Host was super quick to respond anytime we had a question or needed attention - host was extremely kind & friendly - she made us feel valued and right at home. Do not hesitate to book this air b&b - it made for the best family vacation! Thank you so much!!!!!

Simply AMAZING. 2 years in a row renting Papa Steve's. Papa Steve's is a home away from home. Beautifully decorated, beds are super comfy and location is perfect. Easy walk to Atlantic Ave and the beach. Kitchen is well stocked. And the host Chelsea is incredibly responsive. Wonderful host.

Loved our time at this bright spotless spacious house w a view on the serene canal. Thoughtful touches like beach chairs and bikes made the stay effortless. Mostly, host was lovely. Communicative. Readily available and great restaurant recos. Highly recommend *****

We had a great experience at this home and have already booked again. I really appreciated how responsive the homeowners and their handyman were when I reached out. The kitchen was well stocked and all appliances and materials used in the home were high quality. I felt there was alot of thought put into making the stay for guests wonderful.

We had a lovely stay at Stefan’s house with our family! The pool is the star of the show. The outdoor area is perfect and so beautiful. Our kids loved it and the shallow end was great for our 2 year old. Everything was very clean and he communicated well with us throughout our stay. We would recommend to anyone staying in this area. It’s very easy to get to the beach and downtown Delray. It’s also a great location for groceries, target, etc.

Had a beautiful stay. The condo is very private and very clean. Right on the ocean with cabanas and very well kept pool as well. I will definitely be returning!

The facility and its amenities were great. The unit itself was beautiful and spacious. The kitchen was stocked with all the pans and utensils I needed to cook meals. The bed was very comfortable. The unit was stylish and well decorated. The half bath was a bonus. Everything you needed for a beach visit was provided. Would definitely stay here again

This was the best appointed property we have ever stayed in through Airbnb. I would highly recommend this property.

Great place for the price. Clean, roomy, pool, hot tub, on the water, fitness center, free secure parking, near the beach, near cycling routes, lots of other attractions to drive to.

Nadine was available to us when we checked in at 10 AM. That worked great since we had an early flight. She gave us a tour of the whole building(s). It is a very safe community and everything uses a key fob to get to the pool and exercise room. Nadine responded to every questions we had very quickly and was very kind. I would definitely rent form her again.

This was my first time staying at a Marriott vacation club villa. Wow was it great, beautiful facilities. Great service. Robert was easy to communicate with, easy instructions.
