Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Pallivasal

Ajesh sir is a wonderful host. Maps was giving the wrong directions to the Farm Stay (showing a short-cut route), we called Ajaesh sir, and he came to the place where we got stuck and guided us to the place. We booked two cottages, they were very well maintained, they are in the middle of the Plantation and the view is awesome. We spent more time taking Pictures. Ajesh Sir served us a delicious Kerala Appam breakfast. we definitely recommend this place. It's like living close to Nature, birds sound, cool breeze, waterfall sound.. a perfect place!

Thank you for the wonderful stay at Casa Oliv. It's a cosy, comfortable place with an awesome view. The stay was made comfortable and memorable by Rajesh who prepared homely and tasty food. The place is highly recommended for stay with family and friends.

Stay was pleasant and the care taker was very helpful and the food she prepared was very super and we felt like a home while staying there.

Biju, the caretaker, was friendly and guided us well from the Vagamon town to the homestay. The homestay was also clean and well kept and was a cozy place. The location was definitely amazing! Because it is tucked away from the main road, I loved the silence that we would not find in a city; the only sounds you'll get to hear are the crickets and the birds chirping. Thank you, Antony, for having this cozy little place. I am definitely coming back when I want a break from the city life!

Really a best villa for group traveller's even families or bachelors whatever. location was simply awesome. rooms and toilets are very spacious and amenities are too good. room service persons are very kind and friendly they've took really good care. finally i would like to tell about swimming pool it's located at valley end and view of swimming pool was fantabulous it was maintained very clean and neatly. only thing as of now they don't have a restaurant at property but they're constructing kitchen now which is going to be open soon. but still they're arranging food from outside restaurant based on our orders within a hour. so nothing to worry about that. once again it was very pleasant and peaceful stay here. for sure I'll refer this property to my friends and relatives in future.

I will book this place again and again without a doubt. Great Hospitality by Abhilash and Gokul, made us feel at home. They went out of their way to make us comfortable in all ways. Extremely beautiful place. Hosts have built an amazing cozy space for visitors and the surroundings are equally beautiful. This was the most peaceful place i stayed in Kerela. Campfire and barbecue were cherry on the cake. Me and my friends throughly enjoyed the stay! I will come back soon 🥳

This is a truly remarkable construction, a western touch, the best A Frame cottage we have found, and with 5 star amenities. I was here with my son and three other friends, they were very accommodating and friendly, and the bon fire at night was a nice touch. The management is top notch, and food was delightful, definitely worth trying out, as it’s a unique experience!

Everything about the stay- from the host to the staff to the property was exceptionally good. The host and the staff were very organised and everything right from the food to travel was planned to a tee, especially considering the property is slightly secluded (which is another plus for people who are looking for peace and tranquility). The food was simple, healthy, hygienic, indigenous and fresh. Sunitha’s timely updates and responsiveness just made our stay so easy and smooth. While the overall property is about 5 acres (based on the information from the staff), the villas are built on a smaller part of the total area. We did not explore the rest of the area due to rains so you may check with the host if the remaining spaces are accessible to the guests or not. For anyone looking for a calm, quiet and warm stay in the lap of the hills, Mountain Villas is a must visit.
