For anyone needing a peaceful getaway, this is it! It was perfect for my sweet baby & me.. free of clutter, cute, historic, charming in every way, quiet, cozy, clean. Esther and her husband were beyond accommodating, so sweet, communicative, & just the kind of hosts you would want during a stay. It’s imperative you take a garden tour.. it’s something “out of this world”. Just beautiful, & we will certainly be back!

We were in the middle of moving into town and waiting to close on our new home. The stay here was priced right and met our needs. Thank you for making this a smooth transition by providing a home away from home.

We were very pleased with our 6 night stay. Our GPS took us right there but we were also given clear written directions. Any questions we had were promptly answered . The apartment complex borders on the city park which gave us privacy and a quiet environment . Our little dog had a great area to have daily walks. The apartment looked just like the pictures and had all the comforts of home. We really liked having a laundry available to us in the building as well. We could continue our travels with clean clothes. That was so convenient. We had a great stay . We highly recommend this Airbnb.

Nice place and has everything you need. Easy access to grocery store. Only stayed the night so wasn’t there very long.

We were in town for my neices birthday and needed something that would accommodate 5 adults but also our family that lives local to come by for a meal and a visit. This was a perfect fit! Roomy, a great yard for my two neices to run around in. It was dreary and rainy but we managed a fire in the outdoor fire put, complete with smores! Contacted Aaron before and after arrival and he was super quick to respond! Would stay again if we needed the space, so much more comfortable than multiple hotel rooms!

Barb’s place is absolutely wonderful! I truly cannot say enough nice things about this stay, it was exactly what we needed. Our travel out of state required us to be close to a local hospital there in Tyler, and from beginning to end, Barb was right there with us through every step of the way, and happy to pacify our every need. Barb truly has gone out of her way to make this place the epitome of comfort away from home, from the comfy beds, peaceful sitting area out back, to the small, special touches she leaves behind for you to find at your every whim, you truly can not go wrong staying at this precious little cottage! Barb makes it a priority to make you feel like you are the only person in the world, book this precious home today, don’t wait!!

Very helpful and welcoming

Kim was a great host. The house was well maintained and filled with sufficient resources required for our family. The backyard is awesome and has ample amount of space to have fun and enjoy. We had minor issues however she was very responsive and fixed those appropriately.

All I can say is awesome.. April place is the place to stay her home felt cozy and comfortable and homey.. Well decorated and the color scam was well put together..April made sure our stay was please and she is always on the job.. We really enjoyed ourselves and would recommend April place to anyone and it is more than a 10 star rating.. This is our new place to stay when ever we visit Tyler to see my nephew no more hotel it’s April place💯🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟💥💥💥

We visited Tyler for a concert and stayed here for one night. The location is convenient and can be easily found. The concert ended at about 10 but we still got to the house without any problems. The house was comfortable, peaceful, and clean. And the host is very nice and responsive. We would highly recommend it

Bob is a very friendly, helpful host. He immediately responded to my inquiries, and was eager to accommodate our requests. Upon arrival, we found the fixings (unopened!) for waffles, right next to the waffle maker. There was also a bottle of wine. Both very nice touches! We rented both houses, and the arrangement worked out very well for our large group. There was plenty of outdoor seating on each patio, and on the large dock. We loved the view of the lake, and spent a lot of time on the balconies of the larger house. Both kitchens had really nice pots and pans. It was SUCH a pleasure to not have to deal with second-rate skillets! Mary was our contact person, and she went out of her way to make sure all was good with us.

This was our second stay in this condo. We love it and can’t wait to go back.

Donna’s place appears brand new with many luxurious upgrades that put it in a 6 start rating category. Appears to have been designed and furnished by professional designers and interior decorators. Back area has greenery and a pretty pond to walk around, as well as walking distance to a very good Mexican, Chinese restaurants and other restaurant & misc locations. I will definitely stay there again!

This was by far the greatest stay! So friendly, the host very communicative, and made sure our stay was EXCELLENT! They thought of absolutely everything that we might need.

We loved calling this lakeside condo home for two weeks. Everything was clean, modern, and stylish. The Harbor Restaurant is so good! My husband enjoyed fishing on the lake, and it was such a peaceful setting. We’ll be back!
