The place is a quiet place with a beautiful view. The initial access route showing Google maps presents a steep slope that for some vehicles it is not easy to access. There is another unpaved access that is easier to transit for vehicles, which must be marked on a map in order to better provide the alternative.

Private, well maintained, 24 hour security in the neighborhood. The house is nice, spacious, the bedrooms have private bathrooms. It has large windows and doors so it’s well lit and has well air flow during the day. It has fans in the main areas and bedrooms. There are spare mattresses besides the beds. It didn’t have bath towels or shower essentials but that was mentioned in the listing so we went prepared. Showers have hot water with good water pressure. It has a TV in the main area with free access to Netflix and other apps. The master bedroom has air conditioner. The pool was very clean. Santiago was there to welcome us when we arrived and personally showed us the house and how things worked. We enjoyed our stayed. We recommend staying at Santiago’s place.

This place had one of the best views we have seen in our life. Super quiet and away from all the noise of the roads. Gated community that make us feel save at all times. It was extremely peaceful and super close to the town center the hot springs and all the things to do in Santa Rosa de Cabal. Alejandro was super responsive to any requests or questions we had even after normal hours. The place is a 10 out of 10. Don’t hesitate to book it!

Excellent accommodation.... nice, clean, quiet and with very friendly hosts. I recommend closing the windows early so the mosquitoes don't come in. Also, keep in mind that the climb to the estate (3min aprox) is well pronounced

It’s a nice apartment located in a great location in Manizales. You need to go through a building with offices and the apartments are at the back. There is a nice view from the window, a small kitchen and TV with Netflix.

The apartment is clean and beautiful, it has everything you need for a quiet stay. It is retired from the city center, which makes there is little noise and it is very quiet. But, that also makes it difficult to find simple shops nearby, I recommend doing basic shopping before arriving. Although there is a shopping mall very close by and the town is small, you can easily reach anywhere by car. Andrés is very attentive and kind, he responds in a timely manner everything one needs. Highly recommended.
