This bi-level 29/30th floor apartment is wonderfully spacious and is flooded with sunlight by day, thanks to its 2 story floor-to-ceiling windows looking out across the city all the way to the Rio de la Plata. The unobstructed views of the city and skyline are equally dramatic by night. Each room features a panoramic view of the city, the Rio de la Plata and on to Uruguay. This penthouse apartment is in an upscale, brand-new building completed in September 2009. The building features 24/7 security, concierge, 5 modern elevators, gym, and private gardens with a 25-meter heated swimming The gym is located on the 31st floor and features the most incredible views of the city while you are working out. The location can't be beat, with easy access to all public transportation. Just 2 blocks from the apartment, there is a stop on the Metro/subway line ?D? that connects Palermo Soho with the downtown area, Recoleta, and Belgrano. Many bus lines also stop nearby, and taxis are available at any hour. This elegant, ultra-modern apartment is the perfect option for travelers wanting to avoid small, cramped hotel rooms. A gorgeous house, 4 bedrooms 3.5 bathrooms, 5 blocks from vibrant Palemo Soho Plaza Serrano. As you enter the house on the ground floor there is a hall, then a nice living room with fireplace, plus dining room, all looking to a nice courtyard full of plants, with a barbecue. The kitchen and a toilett complete the ground floor and then a staircase brings you to the bedrooms. On the 1st floor the main bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite full bathroom with bathtube. Other 2 bedrooms might have one queen or 2 twin beds . There is another full bathroom with an open prebathroom, 2 lavatories, and a bathtube. Finally there is an office that could also be a 4th bedroom with 2 twin bed. On the 2nd floor there is a gorgeous playroom, 2 nice terraces with tables and sunbeds to hang out in the sun and a small bathroom with shower, plus laundry including washing machine and dryer. The house easily accommodates 8 persons, up to 10 considering 2 beds in the playroom. There is Wi Fi, air conditioning in all the bedrooms, living and dining room and playroom. And 2 LCDs 32” TV with cable, between other services. Maid service: 8 hours a week.

Highly recommend and great value for money. We had a lovely long stay here at this fab flat. Cosy, clean and comfortable. Great location, well connected to bus lines and subte station just down the end of the street. If you like going for a walk, it’s not far at all from great museums/galleries and perfect for a Sunday morning stroll around the Recoleta market. Laura was a great host, responded to messages promptly, all the information was super clear and the recommendations of activities and links to websites were great!

I stayed here for 1 month and was very happy. Very secure building in a great neighborhood, lots of restaurants, markets, shops, etc.. the apartment has sliding doors in the front and a terrace in the back, with pleasant temperatures, this allows for a delightful breeze and naturally cooling effect. It has a/c, heat, gas stove, plenty of hot water and modern plumbing. Wifi was very good, and a comfortable bed. Highly recommend.

This was the best place that I’ve stayed in BA- really well equipped, good use of space, great location, very clean and I loved that the sheets and towels were cotton! Hosts were very flexible, responsive and friendly and I would highly recommend this flat.

I am admittedly a harsh critic so when I say that this apartment is well located, appointed and worth a repeat I am not just being generous. It is a great place! It is not perfect (es asi) but it comes pretty close. The living area is split into two living rooms which we used both of to meet with work colleagues and just to hang out. You could sleep on the sofa sleeper in the upper living room but there is no real privacy so it was best as a secondary hang out space. The bedrooms are spacious and there were plenty of towels stored so that we could switch them out as needed. The bathrooms were clean with separate hand washing space which is nice. The kitchen was great and was well appointed so that I could actually cook! The patios are lovely and give you some extra space when you do not want to be with others. The lower patio could have been better cleaned up. This was the only area that was too much trouble for me to use. Great space with a perfect location. I will back!
