It is close to the subway station and located on the main street, so there are many dining options. The nearby Tancheon walk and park are within a 5-minute walk, so it's good to spend leisure time. The facilities were neat and clean, and the supplies were stocked, so there was no need for other preparations. It's great for traveling, business trips, and more.

We stay here every time that we visit Yeongtong. It has been reliably clean and the airbnb has everything we need. The host is kind and very responsive. It is within walking distance to the subway station, grocery store, and many restaurants. We will come back to stay here again.

The accommodation was in perfect condition in a very good location. I had a good stay without any inconvenience due to the host's quick response. It was an accommodation where it was very convenient to use the restaurants and bus and subway in the nearby Jeongja-dong cafe street. I'll use it again next time ~

First of all, thank you again to the host.. I was very embarrassed that there was a big variable on the trip I went with all my friends, but the host kindly drove me to the accommodation. Thanks to you, I was able to move safely and comfortably. The accommodation was a private house, so it was the best that I didn't have to worry about complaints even if it was noisy, and it was cold, but the room was really warm. It was nice that the bathroom and hot water came out well, and it was spacious and clean. Above all, it's wider than it looks in the photos, and there's more to do! (It was a multi-person, but I was surprised that the accommodation was more spacious than I thought!) I think it's a good place to stay with friends and family:)

The bus stop was close, so it was easy to get around and the accommodation was clean! I like places that don't have a lot of clutter on the floor, and this place is perfect!! They also gave me wine as a service, so I chatted with my friends all night. It's a residential area, so it's quiet, and the alley is a little dark, but it's close to the boulevard, so you can get there quickly. There are also CU and GS nearby, so it was good to buy snacks ~ The host is kind and responds quickly:) It's convenient because it has everything you need ~ However, the bathroom window was open, so I closed it, and it smelled a little, so I kept it open except for washing and sleeping. Thanks to you, I had a nice stay. Thank you ~

The place was so convenience as everything was within walking distance. The property was as exactly described and the host was very quick to response to us no matter what time. Will definitely be back again on the future.
