Paulo provided a variety of services to help us have a comfortable trip, from check-in to the moment we went to the airport. In terms of location, the Colosseum and grocery store were close, and the subway was convenient. I had a really good rest.

Edoardo was a great host. (Also if you are lucky enough you might meet his dog Paco who is also lovely). The place is great for large families as it has a large kitchen and two bathrooms. The location is great, as there is a Carrefour close, metro station and several bus stops.

Stefano and his brother are exceptional hosts, always available when needed yet respectful of our privacy, striking the perfect balance between attentiveness and discretion. Their home, nestled on a peaceful hill, provided a serene escape while still being conveniently located with easy access to Rome’s ring road, making it a great base for exploring the city and beyond. The house itself was impeccably equipped with everything we needed, ensuring a comfortable and seamless long stay. From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of amazing, and we truly appreciated their hospitality. Highly recommended.

Our family of 4 loved our 4 bedroom home. The fridge was filled with food, juice , milk, eggs, bread, jellies and jam, cookies, coffee. What more could We ask for. We used the car service often,, he recommended,, perfect service. We loved ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING . One special note, I left my medical c-pap machine. 3 hours later after my text, it was acknowledged and being sent back to the states. PERFECT SERVICE ! THANK YOU ALL !!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tiziana's apartment. It was extremely comfortable, lovely and quiet but only a 20 minute walk away from the Colosseum and the bustle of Rome. The sun terrace was such a lovely feature of the flat. Tiziana was a wonderful host, extremely friendly and very responsive, brilliant. Thank you Tiziana!

I've stayed at Giampiero's apartment every time I have visited Rome, and here my reasons why. First off, Giampiero is a very great host makes you feel at home and comfortable. There is great communication. The apartment is just as it looks in the pictures and as always it is immaculately clean when you arrive. It is spacious, bright, comfortable. The location is near various metro stations and the bus is a few steps away. I can walk to the colosseum in less than 20 minutes and the same with the Termini station. It just feels like home away from home. I would give him and his apartment 100/100. I look forward to returning again soon and will always pick Giampieros's apartment as my home away from home.

The place is quite central, very convenient with many buses. The unit itself is great and very spacious. Would definitely stay again in future.

I had a very pleasant trip in Rome, thanks to the gracious and kind landlord, who provided us with everything we needed during the trip. The location is very convenient and the rooms are very large. A separate bathroom has a separate dining room and kitchen. There are a lot of bus stops nearby that can reach all parts of the scenic area, especially for short trips, there are cigarette shops nearby to buy tickets

Staying at Francesca’s place was an absolute pleasure. The check-in and check-out were fantastic with Luigi, who was welcoming and friendly. The bedrooms were comfortable and having two clean, modern en-suite bathrooms was a real plus. My favorite part was the location; there is a supermarket a few steps away, the Vatican is a five-minute walk away, and there are multiple fantastic restaurants just a few minutes walk from the apartment. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent staying, the neighborhood is peaceful but walking distance to great cafes, restaurants and if you like walking… even to the historic center. I stayed there for 10 days with my mother and her friend. Bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen is well equipped if you want some home cooking. They loved it too and look forward to come back. Thank you Maria Pia and daughters for our excellent staying.

Beautiful house, very well kept and tidy. Large bedrooms plus a sofa bed. The hot tub was the top after the entire days of miles on foot in Rome. Definitely recommended.

We stayed here as a group of 7 friends and this was the perfect place to stay! We had plenty of beds and bathrooms that made it easy to get ready. Cristiano is a lovely host, in accommodating our earlier luggage drop off and being responsive to any issues we had. Definitely recommend!

Space according to the announced, very good! Only the stairs to have access to the apartment that makes it difficult a little because of the heavy bags. Other than all that great, very clean and warm.

Lisia and Giulio were responsive and very kind since the first contact. The penthouse is amazing and beautifully decorated. There are many equipments and technology available. It’s a great option to stay in a very well located place with comfort.

We had a wonderful stay and the best part was the location. The square near the house (20 second walk) was fantastic. Great restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great shopping and everything very walkable. Getting in and out of the apartment was very easy and Mica and Andrea were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend as a great place to stay in Rome!

Second stay (two years later) at this place: clean, tidy, and really well maintained. Simona and Stefano were extremely kind and responsive in their responses despite the holiday period. They resolved a small issue quickly and making sure not to disturb our stay. The neighborhood is quiet, there are free parking spots on the adjacent streets and some useful public transport within walking distance. There are neighborhood restaurants within a short walk. I recommend this apartment for the structure (equipped with every comfort) but above all for the two hosts.

Our stay was fantastic. Also provided clear easy to follow instructions. He was waiting for us at our arrival, which was a relief after our long travel time. Aldo was proactive in communicating and made sure everything for our arrival would work out. He checked us in, gave us some neighborhood tips, and made sure we had what we needed. During our stay the water heater broke and Aldo quickly did all he could to make it right - and rnded up getting it fixed the next day. He could not have handled this better - thanks! The apartment was spotless - even the Jacuzzi- which was unexpected. The location is right in the middle of Trastevere, very convenient.

Very comfortable apartment location, beautiful apartment and up to the price. Super equipped and equipped with all comforts . It was like staying at home. The guest is always available and very kind.
