Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Palanan

The place was neat, the bathroom was nice and smells fresh. One night lang kami dito and nagamit namin yung place ng sobra, plus may free board games that we tried. We enjoyed our stay

The location was center to many malls and nightlife. Easy for the Grab ( Kinda of like an Uber) drivers to find and very safe. We utilized the Karaoke living room...it was so much fun. Great place to stay in Manila.

Very nice place! My family and I had a lot of fun. Walking distance to Ayala Feliz which is a winner. There are also small stores around if you need any retail necessities. The caretakers are really nice. Nate is very responsive. Would highly recommend.

Definitely worth the price. For 8 pax it's really a good space. What we couldn't tell from the photos is - you get the whole first floor for yourself. The rooms and the living area are all in the first floor so it's amazing how the place was designed. The place is also clean, even the pool. Amenities are also complete from drinking water to toothbrush and toothpaste and even the dishwashing liquid and sponge. The refrigerator is also large. The area itself was not hard to locate but if you have to Grab some things, you have to give the location instructions to the driver too. Diane the host is very responsive and her caretaker ate jean is quick too. Guests with children have to be careful to remind the children to not go up the stairs because 1) 2nd floor is off limits and 2) there's a space open in between the staircase that a small child could get into. But being we're all adults, it wasn't a problem. Overall definitely will book again when needed. Thank you Diane and ate Jean. :)

I had an incredible stay at Ace's place! From the moment I arrived, Ace was welcoming and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable experience. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. Ace provided fantastic local recommendations that really enhanced my trip. The location was perfect—close to attractions yet quiet enough for a peaceful retreat. Communication was seamless, and Ace went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home. I can’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay here again!

Unit is still new. I spent a few days here on work assignment. The layout is very spacious w/ high ceiling. The 8-seater table can be a dinner table or conference table. My company usually rents a conference room in a hotel but I think this unit can be used for that purpose. The table is solid and has a textured glass top that's great for working. Also used the metal bar stool as a standing desk. The bed is unusual - it's a loft on top of the living area. Like the whole loft is the bed! I think the size is equivalent to 2 queen size beds. It's tucked in the ceiling so the vibe of the place can be a workplace, living space or party place. 15 people can sit easily w/o feeling crowded. The sofa bed is comfortable. I slept on it about half the time because I worked all day into the night - work table in the morning, standing desk in the afternoon, sofa in the evening. Will likely book again if assigned in the area.

The place is cozy and conveniently located near Rockwell, making it a great choice for those who want easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. The environment is friendly and welcoming, which made my stay pleasant and comfortable. The host was very accommodating and kind, even agreeing to a sudden reschedule of my booking date, which I really appreciated. There were, however, a few minor issues: small cockroaches in the kitchen and the fridge takes some time to cool. Despite these, the overall experience was positive, and I would still recommend this place to my friends for its location, charm, and the host’s hospitality.

It is our second time to book this unit and we can all agree (my friends and i) that this is worth every penny. Besides being affordable, the unit is very clean and very comfortable to live in.
