Vacation rentals with a patio in Palaiseau

This is a very well located quite modern apartment in Paris XVIe arrondissement. We loved how close it was to the Passy market, and to an excellent array of shops including La Grande Épicerie - an offshoot of one of the best food shops in Paris. The host was excellent and flexible. The apartment had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. One caveat was that the apartment may not be suitable for very young children - the stairs are steep - and there is a very high (around 2 metre) drop from the top floor without any guardrails - we needed to be very vigilant with our 3yo and block it out with suitcases. Despite this our kids loved the large smart TV, the kitchen was well appointed and the dining area is perfect for family meals - and I can imagine that in the summer the balcony would be marvellous.

Beautiful very large secure apartment with easy access to the bus line. Nathalie was a gracious host and we really enjoyed our stay.

Had a great stay at Valérie's. Valérie was always responsive and understanding. A spacious flat located close to the center of Paris. Line 7 is very convenient to get around the city. Recommended!

Perfect location! Perfect host! Nathalie's apartment is comfortable, fully equipped, and a good size for one or two people. Nathalie made the check in and check out process very easy and was 100% responsive if we had a question. She was, indeed, the perfect host, and we can't thank her enough for listing her apartment on Airbnb. The apartment, located in Châtenay-Malabry, is literally across the street from the ville of Sceaux which has good shopping and restaurants and a beautiful chateau and parc that is open to the public. The apartment is also a very short walk to the RER Line B which puts you in the center of Paris in just over 20 minutes. In short, the apartment ticks all boxes for either a short or longer visit.

A pretty little apartment with good metro connection. Unfortunately, there are areas that are better not to visit alone at night that are also not really pretty. But we had no problems with that The apartment itself has everything you need and the host team is very thoughtful and kind. We got an immediate answer to every question and also a few nice tips. On New Year's Eve we found a tray of flower arrangement, champagne, glasses and champomy (for children) in the apartment. It was very cute. Right in the building is a LIDL which was very convenient. The apartment's own parking space in a locked parking garage is appreciated by anyone who has ever been to PAris by car and was looking for a parking space there. From our side, this apartment gets a positive recommendation.

Excellent location, especially if you are attending something at La Defense Arena. Easy walk to the arena!! Neighborhood is great as well. Quick walk to a supermarket through a nice park area. 10-minute walk or so to the RER or Metro. The apartment is beautiful, great terrace to sit on. It's not a view of the Eiffel Tower or anything, but it's perfectly fine, it's fairly quiet and peaceful. It was a little difficult to find, but I think that's just because addresses in France are not always logical to people from the US. The building has a logo on the outside in red that says Adagio. Now the building itself had some issues - the elevators kept being out of service. But since this is on the 8th floor and I had luggage, I just waited for the elevator, and the staff who work at the front desk and in maintenance and such would get them running again within maybe 10 minutes. We loved our stay at Adrienne’s place. It is their home so is completely in the spirit or Airbnb and it has the character that comes with staying in someone’s home. We were 6 people there over New Years with our adult children and their partners, and the comfortable living room was fantastic for hanging out and visiting. The bathrooms and kitchen are modern and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of dishes, glasses and cutlery. The entire apartment was very quiet, as it is in a back courtyard. Adrienne left us Nescafé pods, bread and spreads for breakfast (although we went to a nearby boulangerie everyday for pastries) and a bottle of wine that we had for our New Years dinner. She was very responsive and friendly. The location is a lovely residential neighborhood with shops and restaurants nearby are we were able to take the metro everywhere. I highly recommend Adrienne’s place!

Very nice house, charmingly decorated, and with a host with nice communication and flexibility. We sleep very well and the only pity was that we were not able to use the speakers in the house, but anything else was perfect for our group of friend stay

Very nice little house, close to the forest and the center Parly 2, with a very large garden. I found the places clean, renovated, and well decorated. Would definitely stay again.

David and Linda were great hosts who communicated proactively and checked in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. The little house is tucked away in a quiet spot and felt very cozy. The place is very accessible and a quick train ride from the center of Paris, which made getting around very easy. Pharmacy, Bakery, Minimarket were all within a quick walk. There was a park only 5 minutes walk away which was great for our kids. It was great having this much space which is rare so close to Paris. We had a very comfortable stay there and would choose this listing again given the chance!

A very quiet, clean, and comfortable place to stay, with easy access to the metro.

This house looked exactly like the pictures and the host was amazing. We had a co-host meet us to walk through the house, plus there were video instructions on how to use all the appliances. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes. The bathrooms were fully stocked with towels and travel toiletries. The house was very clean, organized and fit our two families well. We had two sets of parents, 1 teenager and 2 pre-teens and everyone had their own space. The house itself is also beautifully remodeled. We used uber most of the time to get around, but the house is walking distance to public transportation too. There's also a Franprix within walking distance for household food and items. I would highly recommend this house and host to everyone.

The perfect place for a three generation Christmas celebration! We had lots of room for everyone. The location was convenient to great restaurants, the weekly markets and other shopping. Train and bus transportation into Paris was nearby. We all loved our time here together.

Solveig is a thoughtful and very responsive host. The listing is located in a cul-de-sac , it is secured with a gated garage. It's very functional and very clean. The place is very quiet. We had a great time.

Pierre was a thoughtful, responsive, and all in all amazing host! The house was perfect for our family of 4 plus an aunt and a dog :) Super comfortable and complete. The location is great for parking the car and having a good resting point in a cozy suburb (groceries, bakery in walking distance) The only thing to keep in mind is that the new public transport system in Paris segregates tickets for bus VS metro/rail - which makes the home location a bit far to walk to the nearest train station (~1.5km). We still thought it was worth it! Would stay there again if/when we come back to Paris :)

Great place away from all the tourists but close enough to get to all the sights of Paris by metro and bus. Plenty of good restaurants and small grocery stores in the neighbourhood. The apartment is quite spacious by Paris standards and has a large very well equipped kitchen. The apartment was clean and uncluttered and we felt very comfortable and slept very well in the large bed and quiet surroundings. Olivier was always quick to respond and always very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this apartment for a stay in amazing Paris.

Eva's flat was very charming in a location really easy to get to. We often just walked rather than taking the metro but when we wanted to take the metro it was super accessible. The neighborhood is quite urban and lively. We jogged along the Canal Saint-Martin, enjoyed meandering around the city and also relaxing in her cozy flat. The bed is very comfortable, we slept really well. Her flat is lived in which brings an added charm, with good light on the 5th floor. She always answered my messages really quickly and had great restaurant recommendations. We especially appreciated her flexibility with check-in. We arrived on the last train and picked up a key at a hotel around the corner from her flat. Eva is friendly and easy going and we would absolutely stay again.

Kazumi was such a lovely host. Prior to our arrival, she reached out to provide us with the instructions for the check-in. She met us for the check-in and gave us a very detailed walkthrough on the building and the apartment. She also constantly checked in on us and provided us with recommendations on food as well as places to visit. The check-out process was also very seamless. Although the apartment is located inside an older building, at least there was an elevator in the building and the apartment was tastefully furnished and was as per the description. Really cosy and had all the amenities that we required during our stay. One of the reasons why we booked the place was because of the views of the Eiffel Tower from the balcony. Although it was too cold to sit outside, it was really nice to see the Eiffel Tower light up at night. Location was perfect because it was just a short walking distance to the metro, close to the shopping areas and attractions.

Very nice accommodation, clean and perfectly in line with the listing photos. The hosts are warm and the interaction with them was seamless and responsive. The apartment, located on the ground floor of their house, is completely independent, offering comfort and privacy. An experience that I recommend it without hesitating!

We spent two days at Hélène's for the Rock en Seine festival, it's the perfect base: close to the metro, the neighborhood has all the amenities of many restaurants. The apartment is very quiet, Hélène is very attentive so that her guests don't miss anything. The bedding is comfortable. I would this property.

We rented Youness's apartment to host my parents during the holiday season (living myself in the neighborhood). The apartment is very well arranged and equipped, and the entry and exit procedures as well as communication with Youness are simple and efficient. We will be back!

Claire was a great host and the apartment was very cozy. The area is very clean, safe and located 5min to metro. It's very easy to get to the city centre. I recommend!
