Absolutely loved the house, it was my favorite home in Thailand, full of corners to explore, nice house and balcony, everything was like a real dream home, and the host was very nice and she made me feel like family.I will definitely stay again next time! Healthy, tidy, rich and funny Host communication went so smoothly to give me all sorts of convenient recommendations and friendly reminders.

My friends and I had an amazing stay at Pimpisa’s place! The space was clean, spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast prepared by the housekeeper—delicious and such a thoughtful touch! Communication was fantastic; Pimpisa and her team were always prompt and clear, making the entire process seamless. They even went above and beyond to accommodate our request for an early check-in and late check-out, which we greatly appreciated. Highly recommend staying here!

Great value for friends and family! The room is roomy enough for six, but even just for me, it felt super spacious and comfy. It has a microwave and freezer, plus you can catch some Netflix. If you're planning a longer stay, there's a washing machine and an electric stove, which is super handy. It's close to MRT stations, and there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores around, not to mention a great massage parlor nearby. I was really happy with the location and would totally come back!

My family and I had a great time staying here again. We were well taken care of and enjoyed exploring the mall nearby. Taxis run pretty frequently on the main road and the MRT line is also close by. The BTS is also a short drive away.

I finished my stay in Chalinee's very nice apartment, after extending twice. It was a very pleasant experience and Chalinee remained a very gracious host right through to the end. I would recommend staying in any property offered by her.

Good area, it's not terribly far from the train station and better it actually looks over 2 food markets just downstairs. It's also very close by a smaller mall which has a few coffee shops and its own food court. For the most part was accessible, and as a heavy baggage traveler it wasn't too difficult.

Really great place for families. Phattanan was a great host! Really enjoyed the huge house! The apartment had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a great living room. Very polished and luxurious with real great silky bed sheets. Apartment is real big, probably around 100 square meters or bigger. A nice cozy living room with a well equipped kitchen. Great access to Piyavate Hospital if you are doing medical tourism. Also a Starbucks and Au bon Pain are close by. A 10 minute taxi drive to Rama 9 and Central Mall. Super great pool with a gym. Breakfast is nice. Not huge but very good options and good coffee.

Second time staying at Tapatt's place, delicious and comfortable as always for those who experience a slow life deep tour in Bangkok!

Ann has created a cozy little room with a beautiful view overlooking a Bangkok canal. The location is strategic, with major attractions just a short distance away. The neighborhood is quiet, and thanks to Ann finding her place was very easy. We truly felt at home. Occasionally, you might hear loud boats passing by, but it’s not disruptive. Most of the time, the atmosphere is peaceful, allowing you to enjoy the sounds of birds and even spot them in Ann’s charming garden. We highly recommend this place!

Maria and her family were so warm and helpful. The location was ideal for our purpose and the breakfast was the best! The room is everything described: clean, cozy, small and comfortable. we had a great conversation with Maria's husband which gave is a better appreciation of thailand. If you're an English speaking person, you'll also find them helpful! Highly recommended 👌

I loved staying here. The host family is lovely and just make you feel at home. When I arrived, Amm and Lily came out to where the taxi was dropping me off with a cart to carry my luggage. That should tell you what you need to know about them. They speak very little English and I don’t speak Thai, which is a shame because I would’ve loved to talk more with them, but communication wasn’t an issue. They are super responsive and always friendly. The breakfast every morning was delicious. The room is beautiful and it is true what others say that there’s noise from boats during the day, but if you plan on being out exploring Bangkok during the day, then you shouldn’t have any issues. It is very peaceful in the evening. I don’t see a reason to stay at a hotel when this is an option. I wish I had stayed longer. I hope to be back here in the near future. Thank you Amm and family!
