Spotless, cozy, quiet, close to food/coffee shops, no traffic, top of the line amenities and great hosts. Solid place for 1-2 people (2 people as in a couple). Very functional space with all you need - cooking supplies/towels/blankets. A Smart technology stay, safe surroundings and easy to get in and out.

Always a stellar stay here! It’s close to my company’s HQ and Bay Village is a great little area. Gretchen always communicates well, and has great recommendations for local restaurants. Always clean and comfortable. It was cold and snowy on this recent visit, but the heated bathroom floors and gas fireplace kept things cozy!

Perfect place for a quiet weekend. My husband and I just didn't want to disturb the family because we are night owls. However, the studio had everything a person could need. comfy bed, roomy bathroom, kitchenette, and TV. Thank you, Lee!

Jill thought of everything and did a great job of anticipating any possible needs!!! Loved my stay here and definitely would love to stay again in the future. Very walkable with great restaurants and shopping. I was here in the dead of winter, so if it’s below freezing bring cozy socks. Plenty of blankets to keep you warm while you sleep tho. =)

Very comfortable, clean spot on the outskirts of Lakewood, a little closer to Cleveland proper but just a couple of miles from a million bars and restaurants (and there is plenty to do in walking distance, too). I would definitely recommend and may try to stay here again myself in the future as I'm in Cleveland routinely.

Hosts were great! Very accommodating. Unit is in an attic up narrow stairs with low ceilings which can be hard for some people to navigate. Parking a large vehicle could be challenging. Street parking is hit and miss but a small vehicle can fit snugly behind the house. We could walk to the lake (1/2-1 mile) and enjoyed strolling by some amazing lakefront homes. This turn of the century home is near parks and the neighborhood has a mix of similar houses in varying states of repair. The attic apartment is very cute (reminds me of an IKEA showroom model). Kitchen has very basic amenities so bring your own supplies (blender, etc) if you’re into major cooking projects. Appliances look new. Had comfortable A/C. Pretty quiet setting and good value! Thanks Joseph and Becky for being so gracious! Definitely recommend 👍

The place is adorable! We could easily walk to Lake Erie and the neighborhood is very peaceful. The decor in the house is lovely and the space was just right for us. My only regret is having to leave early due to the incoming lake effect snow, but we will return in warmer weather!

Our family had a wonderful time at Davis Ranch. We came during Thanksgiving and the property was spectacular. The playground was a huge with hit with our kids. With the property being dog friendly it made our Thanksgiving trip to see family that much more enjoyable.

Wendy's Lakehouse was exactly what my husband and I needed for our mini-retreat after our daughter's wedding. We were mentally, physically, and emotionally exhausted when we arrived; but after a couple of days of complete quiet and privacy in the house, walking and laying on the private beach, listening to the water, watching the sunsets, and basking in the fresh Lake Erie breezes: we felt restored and refreshed. The only thing that disappointed us was that we couldn't stay longer... life rolls on! 😅 Within hours of our arrival we were making plans to return- next time with our 4 sons- as soon as possible! We even were dreaming about bringing future grandkids in years to come! 🥰 Thank you, Wendy, for providing this peaceful retreat!

If you appreciate the quality & beauty of historical building, you will LOVE the Power Farmhouse. Robert is completely honest in his description of the home. It is OLD-200 YEARS! It's been owned by 2 families. The "clutter" in the house is Robert's family history. The floors ARE uneven! It felt just like I was visiting his Grandmother's house. Everyone from my family who stayed with us RAVED about the home. They all felt so comfortable and welcomed. We had two kids ages 7 & 9 with us and they also had a great time. Robert took them out back to see the bee hive and let them pick strawberries! Then they had a huge house with 2 staircases and many, many rooms to explore. AND 2 pianos!! THEY WERE IN HEAVEN! I highly recommend a stay at this historical site.

The house is in a great location in Conneaut...we were able to walk to the beach and park but also just a few steps away from a park with overlook where we watched a sunset one night and fireworks another night. The beds were comfy and Mary was quick to respond.

Tammie was wonderful, she allowed us to check in early with no problem. Her home was beautiful and well kept. Thank you for welcoming us during our bathroom renovation.

this is my favorite spot in Cleveland to stay at. The house is very roomy and it's immaculately clean. The hot tub is outstanding. The beds are very comfortable. location is great it's close to many wonderful restaurants and downtown. The decor is crisp clean and appealing. The main floor is a wonderful open concept and all the appliances are the latest. I have nothing bad to say about this place.

Great place to stay. Lots of cool local places to check out and a cool brewery or two. An you can bring your dog!

The place was very clean...the only downfall was the 28 stairs you have to take but it was clear to me when I requested to book. As soon as they get the elevator fixed this place will be a perfect place. We have stayed in another rental there so we were familiar with the rental units.

Everything was wonderful.

We were celebrating my wife’s birthday. She loves Lake Erie so I was looking for a place close to the lake. You can’t get much closer to the Lake than this place. We really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed here as a weekend get away. House was super clean and super nice. Like a home away from home and definitely will be coming back

Nice place with a convenient location for all we had planned. Good communication from Gary makes things easy. We have stayed here before and plan to stay again!

A little bit of a challenge getting up there ,but once you do , the place is very comfortable. The roof deck was an extra bonus.

My daughter, who is working on her PhD, needed a quiet and comfortable place to write her qualifying essays, and this apartment completely fit the bill. We would definitely recommend it to others, whether they are seeking a quiet refuge for their vacation or a place to complete a project in a comfortable setting where it is possible to think clearly, take time out from life’s other demands , enjoy the ambiance, and feel creatively inspired.

Suriya was a wonderful host. She made sure that the house was in great condition and works very hard to keep it that way. She made an effort consistently to make sure that I had everything that I needed. She made accommodations for me when things in the house were not available, and she went above and beyond to leave nice little surprises throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a comfortable stay in a fantastic area. My summer up in Cleveland would not have been as good if I was not staying here.
