Good place to stay overall. Real deal with the property is the people and the family that runs it. The cartaker - Ajay ji, is a gem person! Very caring, will be there to help you in case of any difficulties. The owner also offered us a lunch free of cost since we were yet to have our lunch and there was a family function in host's house. They also have built a new property just nearby which is very spacious, big bathrooms and plenty of parking space. Recommended.

We stayed for 2 nights & enjoyed our stay here. Balbeer Singh & his wife Shobha were great hosts. We relished the home made food prepared by Shobhaji. Mahua herbal tea was relaxing. Balbeer Singh helped us in every way, whether it was pickup from airport, local sight seeing or dropping us at the Safari gate early in the morning. I would recommend this place if one wants to have a feel of the local regional stay & food.

Great experience! My trip was just 24 hours in Khajuraho and the host offered to help me make the most of it, taking me around to the different sites on his bike at sunrise and sharing great knowledge about Khjaurho temples. Dinner with the family was delicious followed by lots of amazing cups Chai around Khajaurho Town!
