Such a beautiful well appointed and clean home. The views are fantastic. Watched a hot air balloon several mornings from the deck. The home is stocked with high end everything you would need in the kitchen. Would definitely stay there again. Jan is wonderful to work with.

I loved staying at Jan's place in Pagosa Springs. It was a lovely place with plenty of space, quiet and scenic beauty. I stayed in a very roomy and exceptionally clean 2 bed room unit. I loved that it was on the bottom floor. The patio faced the property's lake, at night it was was so pretty. Stay a few days if you can, you won't regret it. Can't wait to go back!

Anna was very accommodating of our travel dates. Despite at first letting me know that the listing wasn’t correctly updating availability, she was able to find a unit that worked for us after a 2nd inquiry. Check-in was easy through Club Wyndham, the unit had a gorgeous view of the lake, and it was a peaceful stay. Our kids enjoyed the pool at the on-site rec center and thought it was so cool to sleep in the 2nd bedroom lock off. Thanks, Anna, for allowing us to book through you!

We just stayed briefly as we passed through, but this was a nice property in a fun-looking resort. We wished we could have spent more time there!

Great place, would stay here again. Kitchen was fully stocked and made cooking easy. Also had several board games and puzzles for entertainment. Place was clean and had everything would need.

Condo was furnished very nicely. We really enjoyed the view of the mountains out the patio door. There are some good restaurants within 5 minutes drive. Ten minutes drive to the center of town with most restaurants and hot springs. We would rather be in a less crowded location a little bit out of the center of town.

We recently stayed at this beautiful townhouse in Pagosa. The location couldn’t have been better - situated within walking distance from the hot springs. The townhouse itself was exceptionally comfortable, with well-appointed amenities that made us feel right at home. The communication with the host was great. They were responsive and attentive to our needs, ensuring a seamless experience from booking to check-out. 5 Stars – Awesome Stay! Me and three friends stayed here for a ski trip to Wolf Creek, and it was perfect! The place was super clean, really comfortable, and in a great location—close to town but also an easy drive to the mountain. After long days of skiing, it was awesome to come back to a cozy spot to relax. The host was great and made everything easy. Totally worth the money, and I’d 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!

LOVE this place! The location is perfect, right next to Rosie’s Pizzeria and 30 minutes to Wolf Creek. This condo is super spacious and would be perfect for a family. My boyfriend and I stayed for Thanksgiving and were able to prepare an entire feast using equipment already in the kitchen. The home is exactly as pictured. My favorite is the fire place. I can’t say enough good things. Communication was 10/10. Can’t wait to book here again.

Fantastic dog friendly place - which is why we booked it. If you are not traveling with pets, or specifically are not a pet or pet smell fan, this is probably not the place for you. Definitely smells pet friendly, although it was not noticeably dirty or hairy unless you looked in/under the cracks and crevices. Does have washer/dryer which were not in the listing as an added bonus. Close to great food, grocery, trails, hot springs etc. Would stay again.

Great and quick to respond service. I am returning customer and I like price to quality ratio. Great location and easy access to major stores. Quiet neighborhood and nice outside view. 5 min to hot springs and 35 min to wolf creek ski area. Sometimes large air balloons land at back yard by the lake.😄. House was clean and organized. Thanks for a no problem spring brake vacation.
