Great place! The villa is in a gated community attached to main highway with security and facing a lake. Great Sunrise view. It has restaurants and grocery shops at 100mts. The host was friendly and stays within the property/community. There is a provision to wash sand at ground floor and 1st floor next to stairs. Beaches are close by at a 10 to 20 mins drive. We stayed for 2 days with kids and Our stay was comfortable. Definitely recommend!

The place is beautiful and exactly like photos in the listing. The sunset is unbeatable from the balcony. It was our first holiday with our 10 month old and we enjoyed a lot. Priyanka shares a lot of information about local food and sight seeing. Both services were good and we enjoyed them for 2 days. As a host, she is very responsive and tries to accomodate even last minute request. She was able to make good arrangements for our early check-in request and late check - out request. Even the person at the reception were very helpful.

It was a very pleasant stay !! Nikhil provided all required information before checking in which helped a lot. Snacks and soft drinks provided was a plus. We really liked stay here. One suggestion could be to provide more crockeries/steel utensils which will help while cooking.

If you are visiting with 6 - 10 people would highly recommend to book this stay. Other than just 10 mins far away for city centre everything was just excellent. Host was super responsive and friendly. Very well kept place. Care takers will help you in getting anything from the shops. Calm surroundings.

I had the most amazing stay at this riverside retreat! The location is truly special—right next to the river, in a peaceful and offbeat spot. The views were breathtaking, especially at sunset, when the sky would light up with beautiful colors. I loved sitting on the bench by the water, soaking in the serene atmosphere. It’s a perfect place to unwind and reconnect with nature. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials, including a toaster and a mixie, making it easy to prepare meals. A nostalgic touch I really enjoyed was the DVD player with a huge collection of original DVDs—great for cozy evenings indoors. Since the place is so close to nature, you’ll likely encounter some insects and reptiles, but that just added to the charm and authenticity of the experience. If you're someone who loves peace, stunning views, and being surrounded by wildlife, this place is perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a more tranquil and beautiful spot to relax. Highly recommend!

A Wonderful place to stay!! Thanks to Sandeep for being friendly host. Check in and check out was hassle free. Great location with beautiful surroundings and amazing sea facing balcony’s. Stay is exactly as in the pictures with beach in walkable distance and good restaurant in the same building. The house was neat and clean which made us feel like we stayed In Our own apartment. Highly recommend this place ..!!

We had a good stay at Ram’s place. The house has 2 air conditioned rooms and a single bed in the living room. The accommodation is easy to find and is right at the beach where we spent a great evening playing in the waves. There are nice restaurants nearby as well and the caretaker lives right next door.

Great place but greater host. I usually dont take bunker beds stay but this place was amazing. The ambience was good. The surroundings was good. The beds were comfortable. Toilets were very clean. Didnt find any fault. Absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a stay in Perungudi.
