We had an amazing experience as a family of six staying at this cozy and well-equipped place in Garancières. The home is full of warmth and a wonderful spirit instilled by the owners, who were fantastic and incredibly responsive throughout our stay. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making it a perfect getaway for our family. We truly appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and the seamless communication. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and charming retreat and would definitely love to come back in the future!

Wonderful home in peaceful, natural location. Very large garden and swimming pool with horses for neighbours. One of the nicest Airbnb homes we have been to. Caroline was very friendly & responsive (in English too which was great). Our boys loved the hammock and the trampoline. We loved sitting outside the front having peaceful morning coffee.

Spacious and ideal for larger groups, this property offers a private, tranquil escape. Surrounded by walls and including part of the forest, it's perfect for unwinding with a book, away from the hustle of city life. While there isn't much to do nearby, an enormous mall is just a 15-minute walk away, offering convenience. The host also recommended a beautiful church in Mantes-la-Jolie, about a 15-minute drive, where we attended Sunday service. We initially made an error with our booking, but the host was gracious and accommodating, ensuring everything was sorted out smoothly. The abundance of children's toys was a pleasant surprise and perfect for our 7-month-old baby. Some rooms had a slight musty smell and were a bit dusty, and the presence of personal items made it challenging to store our belongings. However, this didn’t detract from our stay, as we spent most of our time enjoying the outdoor BBQ and swimming pool.

The house was beautiful and very private. The facilities were as described and in great condition. We all had great fun in the pool and gardens which were extensive. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. Ideal location for exploring this rural part of France.

Perfect for our dinner with friends: we were wonderfully welcomed, the house is tastefully decorated and tastefully decorated, very clean, offers all the necessary amenities and more. Instructions for use are as clear as they are well indicated. Check-in and check-out are very well managed by the hosts, who were kind enough to provide us with oil and vinegar that we had forgotten. Special mention to the game room and disguises that filled the kids with joy and fun. We could not have had a better stay. Bravo and thank you! Highly recommended place.

1.5 hours from Paris, a peaceful haven in an exceptional setting. We had an idyllic weekend in the heart of the forest in an extraordinary house. Everything is beautiful: the house, the furniture, the tiles, the decoration. Every detail is tastefully thought out. Laure and Thomas are lovely. A huge thank you for trusting us with your home for a weekend.

Our stay went very well. We were 16 adults and 6 children, and the place was perfect. We were all able to sleep in a good quality bed with practically a bathroom in each room. The kids had a bedroom with mattresses on the floor, they loved it. There are many activities to do on site (swimming pool, jacuzzi, basketball, pingpong, tennis, and lot of games), leaving the house there is a pedestrian path so ideal for a safe walk. The place is quiet. I highly recommend for stays for families or stays with friends. Thank you Christian for your kindness and welcome.

The property was absolutly wonderful, the photos don’t do it justice! I particularly appreciated the garden with its beautiful array of trees and patches of forest. The estate was so vast I dont think we made it to the edge. The house was extremly private and out of sight of any neighbours. The house itself was spacious and comfortable, so were the beds. I was working online and the internet connection was good, even with multiple connections, with a very nice dedicated workspace. The kitchen had every appliance imaginable, with enough crockery for a banquet! While I was there the trees were ripe with fruit and we were treated to pears, apples, rasberries, blackberries, stawberries, grapes and more. The chickens generously provided us with fresh eggs every morning and the peacocks were not only beautiful to watch but also friendly. Not to talk about the wild forna including squirels, pheasents, woodpekers and other small birds… It was a pleasure meeting Philippe who not was an excellent host; showing us around the property and being helpful with our questions, but also an excellent cook, perparing traditional french food for us per our request. He was fun to be around. Overall a great experience, we are already planning when we can visit again!

We were welcomed and guided by Loic our host, a couple of days before our stay, so felt confident and well prepared. The house was perfect, clean, cosy, warm, and well connected. We made use of the pool and woodburner..and the local patisseries! Easy 50 min drive to Giverny. All 8 of us had a fabulous stay.

We had a great family gathering at Philippe's home (5 adults and 3 children, 15, 13 and 11 years old) The house is absolutely stunning and has plenty of space for everyone. Check in was easy and quick, Philippe and his lovely wife welcomed us and made us feel at home straight away. The house is in a very quiet area (which suited us). It is 1 hour away from Paris and quite close to Mantes la Jolie where you can take a direct train straight to Gare St Lazare - you are in the middle of Paris in less than 30 mins. The house is fully equipped and completely spotless. The heated swimming pool is also extremely clean. We all had an amazing time there. We also loved playing pool and table tennis and we are already planning to come back. We totally recommend this house!

Ideal house for a weekend in the countryside with friends. The house is secluded and located in a beautiful setting. The garden is huge. Both children and adults were able to enjoy it despite uncertain weather. The house has large living rooms, with a large table to accommodate dinners with friends.

This house is super beautiful!Satisfied all our fantasies about the French Country.Julia was also warm and thoughtful with our snacks and cider as a gift for our stay, and a handwritten welcome letter is also a home away from home.The room is very convenient in addition to the nice facilities, the wifi signal is good, the kitchen is fully equipped, and there are various toys for the children to entertain.There are two big supermarkets where you can shop and buy ingredients, etc.There was a small accident with a power outage at night, but Julia was quick to respond to our messages and taught us how to operate the electric box, so it didn't bother us too much.Was a very, very nice experience and memories.

Fantastic property! It was spacious, modern and very clean. The inside pool area was great and allowed us to make us of it irrespective of the winter period in which we visited. Would certainly recommend!

We had a very nice weekend in Samuel and Dominique's house. A superb renovated linen, comfortable, spacious, with a play area to occupy the youngest and a beautiful living space to share moments with friends or family. The best for winter: the hammam we enjoyed! Samuel and Dominique were very welcoming, responsive and anticipating any problems we might have encountered. We highly recommend.

Very nice house, warm. Perfect for 3 couples with children. Large kitchen , large dining room. The right number of toilets and bathrooms. Beautiful, perfectly maintained garden. The pétanque court, the ping pong table, the trampoline, foosball, everything is there to have a good time! Thanks to Marion for her flexibility on the checkout time. Very happy with my stay! We had a very nice week, really enjoyed the house. It was very clean and has really everything we needed. Great garden with a nice swimming pool. I loved to see the squirrels in the morning. :)
