What a charming space! The dedication that Jane and Maria have put into curating the space is evident in every detail. For anyone seeking a convenient location with great amenities at a reasonable price, this is an ideal choice. We especially loved the roof deck and balcony, which offered beautiful views and a great place to unwind. All the essentials worked perfectly: the Wi-Fi, air conditioning, water heater, and kitchen appliances. Cooking was a breeze with high-quality cookware and dinnerware. Thoughtful details like foot rugs, mood lighting, and a lovely room fragrance made the space even more comfortable. Great viewing experience with the tv. Love the book selection too! Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you, Jane and Maria, for hosting us! =)

We had a nice stay and very accessible.

The place was great and the host was very friendly and helpful. The only problem I had was the roosters crying 24hrs… It’s not the host’s fault but if you are very sensitive like me when it comes to noise when you sleep, then better bring earplugs.

I had an incredible stay at Ace's place! From the moment I arrived, Ace was welcoming and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable experience. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. Ace provided fantastic local recommendations that really enhanced my trip. The location was perfect—close to attractions yet quiet enough for a peaceful retreat. Communication was seamless, and Ace went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home. I can’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay here again!

Sir Glenmore was so amazing from start to finish. Right when my booking was confirmed right up to the last second of it. Even when we were already downstairs and about to go. Place is what you see in photos - clean and very well prepared. What I loved the most about this is its location - almost near to places where people would usually go and it is very easy to find. The place is close to the village entrance. The place is huge and super clean and homey. There is a day bed which you can comfortably sleep on. This is so much worth it compared to booking a condo unit of the same price. Checking in is a breeze. One of the best valued BnB’s out there.

The host, Ms. Hannah, is very accommodating to my questions and let us to check in early due to our early flight. She visits us to make sure everything is well, and she is extremely understanding of our request. The place is really lovely, tidy, and comfortable. Without a doubt, I will return and chose to stay here again.

Such a peaceful and an amazing stay! The apartment was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay!

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay here. Check-in was seamless and flexible. There are stores in the same building, which was very convenient since we didn’t have to go far to buy food. We spent most of our time in the living room watching TV. The sofa was so comfy! The kitchen is also functional.

We had a great time for our annual get-together in Julie Anne’s Guesthouse. The place was perfect for big groups to catch up - and beautifully decorated for the Christmas season :) it has everything you need from kitchen essentials, spacious area to dine in, a place to play games and very homey and comfy beds! Ms. Joan was very responsive and Sir Tony is pleasant to chat with during our check-in. Thank you Ms. Joan and Sir Tony!

We stayed at Christine’s place and the location is very walkable to MOA and there are shops and restaurants outside too. There is a convenience store nearby where you can buy your food and necessities. The place is comfortable for a staycation and we have all the things we needed in the place. Christine is also responsive to our queries and I don’t have a hard time communicating with her. A good place to stay while you have a layover or upcoming flight because it is also near NAIA. Kudos to Christine and the team!

Our stay at Glyza’s place was great. The moment we entered the room we could already “smell” and see the cleanliness. It was a cozy place to stay in. Glyza was also responsive and helpful.

The room was undoubtedly one of the highlights of our stay in Manila, as it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we stepped inside, we were impressed. Not only did the room look spotlessly clean, but it also smelled fresh and inviting. There were no cockroaches and mosquitos, which I understand can sometimes be common in similar accommodations. The room was more spacious than it appeared in the pictures, and each of the three beds can comfortably fit up two people. The balcony view was breathtaking, especially at dusk when the MOA lights illuminated the scenery. All the necessary amenities were provided, and additional items like an iron and a hairdryer were promptly made available upon request. Dave and his staff were exceptionally polite, responsive, and proactive in meeting our needs. The location is ideal, just a 5-minute walk from MOA, making it incredibly convenient. I would highly recommend this room and am already looking forward to staying here again in the future.

The location is very strategic to nearby malls, hotels, casinos, and restaurants. Froilan’s place is very homey and squeaky clean. It smells great too! Thank you so much to Froilan, a superhost indeed! Looking forward to rent your home again. 😊

We had an exceptional stay at Chaselyn’s place. The unit is very clean and comfortable. Chaselyn was such a responsive host even willing to go out of her way to provide everything we requested. This is the best listing we have booked so far! Definitely worth the price.

The place is very spacious! Even with 4 of us there is much space! Also checkin and out is very convenient! The place is also very nice!!! Love the amenities especially the vanity mirror! Highly recommended!
