WOW!!! Absolutely stunning amazing beautiful. I was a bit disappointed it was raining but….. when i woke up in the morning I’m glad was raining as the rainforest around the house took my breath away, it was relaxing and peaceful and I’m so glad it rained. The place it self felt like home and we really enjoyed the pool table and Wii for the kids. The house had it all and i couldn’t be happier!

Thank you for the amazing stay. Absolutely beautiful waking up to that amazing view every morning .. Beautiful huge house with everything u need or could imagine. With the most amazing view of the lake an sitting out on the deck with all the birds. The kids loved playing all the board games which was amazing to see them actually playing with each other for once .

Very special boutique accommodation. The location is superb, surrounded by nature, excellent unwind destination. Very private and quiet. The accomodation is spacious , with plenty of glass to enjoy the vista. Gardens are beautifully kept and the bird life amazing. Hoping into bed was a real bonus as the bed was extremely comfortable. There are only two cabins and they are well separated.

We really enjoyed our stay, the house is in a beautiful, peaceful location and only 2 mins to launch our boat. The house is spacious and very comfortable and Patrick supplies everything you need to enjoy your stay. Highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely beautiful property and perfect for large groups. We had 10 adults and a baby stay and felt super comfortable due to the 6 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and multiple living areas. The grounds of the property made us feel so secluded and private and so peaceful. Can’t wait to stay here again, could recommend highly enough

I stayed at The View with my partner and his teenage daughter. We loved every minute of our stay. The first thing we said upon arrival was how much bigger the apartment looked in real life compared to the photos. As soon as we arrived we went onto the balcony and spotted a pod of dolphins swimming in the bay. The teen was over the moon! We found our accommodation clean and very comfortable. We loved being next door to the SBCC, within walking distance of the shops, and of course the beach. We would recommend Mark and Leah's apartment to anyone visiting Shoal Bay. We hope to be back in the future.

The house is conveniently situated to beaches, cafes and shopping centres. The different levels in the home enabled us to accommodate our family’s needs. All conveniences in the home were clean and tidy. Jai responded promptly to all our questions. The stay was an enjoyable experience.

This is our fourth year staying here, and it's been another wonderful experience. The location is perfect, with easy access to the beach (walking) and shops (driving). The accommodation is spacious, ideal for a larger family. Julie is always responsive and helpful. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Perfect vibe, we could have stayed in and around the house the whole time without leaving! When we did want to leave, the walk to red head beach was short, the drive to black head (for the ocean pool with our toddler) was short, and we also went to diamond and Forster. House had everything we needed, and bonus tidbits like games, music and DVDs that made our stay very chilled. Evelyn and Kerry were always super responsive. The garden and the patio are fab places to chill.

Spacious and well equipped apartment in a suburban setting, short drive from Anna Bay shops and all the wonderful beaches and sights around Port Stephen. Very friendly and helpful hosts. We especially enjoyed the beautiful Australian birds that visited us in the garden - rainbow lorikeets, kookaburras and galahs.

The whole experience was more than expected. It was a great family weekend getaway, having two separate living areas was great for our teenage grandsons, who could do their own thing, whilst still being able to still be included in festivities. Location was ideal, being close to Cape Hawk SLSC, One Mile beach and Burgess Beach, for swimming and walks. Also close to Forster Golf Club, where we enjoyed a round of golf. We couldn't have been happier with the location, and the premises.

Great place to stay for a family, not too far to walk to Shoal Bay or a quick drive to Fingal Bay. Quiet street. Clutter free home. Nice backyard. Would recommend to others. Nil need to contact Scott which I personally think speaks volumes.

We had a very relaxing stay at Serendipity at Manning Point. The cottage was so lovely and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. Loved sitting on the front porch looking at the river and going for walks to the beach nearby. Katie was extremely helpful and responded quickly to a query I had. Hope to be back again!

Our stay at Ocean Dreaming was absolutely wonderful! The location couldn’t be better, with just a short walk to a breathtaking beach that truly felt like paradise—especially near the rocks and cove to the left. The nearby rainforest trail leading to another lovely shoreline was a also very pretty. With a surf club, bowling club, tavern, and essential shops all within easy reach, the convenience was unmatched. The accommodation itself was well-equipped with everything we needed, making it a perfect getaway. We hope to return!

lovely spacious apartment in a good location, perfect for a family. BBQ area very good and pool ok. Janet was very helpful and responded very quickly to a small issue with the pool, great host.

Absolutely speechless!!! booked this for two nights with my mum and sister and all three of us could not believe how nice it was. The house is spotless with the pool area at the back feeling like a private resort. Everything you need is in the house, there's really no need to leave. Would highly recommend to anyone especially for the price.

Had a fabulous stay, with many hours spent relaxing around the pool and bbq ! A very comfortable well located home with plentiful space for summer fun and entertainment. Proximity to Shoal Bay, numerous beaches and walks provide ample activity for all the family. We hope to be back next year!

A tidy and organised accommodation, with everything that is needed (and even more - like a perfect barbeque...) and also a lot of space. And on top very friendly and helpful hosts.

Absolutely amazing home located in a beautiful setting. Extremely peaceful, great swimming pool, views to die for. A wonderful place to stay for families or groups of friends. Very clean and every room has its own ensuite. Highly recommend!

Chris provided us with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Nelson bay beach and the marina were only a short walk away and the apartment had stunning ocean views. The pool was an added bonus. My husband and I and our two young boys enjoyed our holiday very much.

Great place and location. Appreciated Lynne’s responsiveness and the place was perfect for our family of four with two young kids. Comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen, good tv options, walking distance to beach, amenities were great. Would book again.

Words cannot describe how wonderful Liz and Brians home and property is. If I could give 6 stars, I would. This is probably the easiest review I will write by saying, go find out and experience all that is on offer yourself. We will miss everything about our stay, the location, serenity, home/property, warmth of Liz, Brian, Mindy and Cheka and all of the local beaches, rainforests and national parks.
