The space is very well organized, clean and located in a strategic area, with everything within reach of the guest. However, there is quite a lot of noise around, both by the neighbors and for the traffic, which can be an inconvenience for those looking for tranquility. There was a problem with the internet, but it was resolved quickly, which I appreciate. Overall a good experience with some points to consider.

The apartment is exactly as in the pictures. The building is very safe, private and with very friendly staff. Although the building is still under construction, this was not a problem during our stay. The apartment is small and cozy, with everything you need to spend a few days alone or as a couple. Sebastián was always very attentive and answered all our doubts. I would have to stay in this apartment again without hesitation.

Our stay was very pleasant, from Sandra's instructions to get there, to all the details of the house, we all loved it. Its private green spaces are spectacular, ideal for lounging outdoors or enjoying with your pet. We'll be back without hesitation.

A cozy space, it is like feeling at home, fully organized and a space to get out of the routine, the host was friendly all the time and understanding from check in to check out. The lady who welcomed us was a love, and the house has everything to share and enjoy

I stayed 2 nights 3 days; the 2 nights it rained to which I would believe that for that reason at night the light went away, the first day the light went off several times but returned; second day in the night it lasted 3 hours without light; the house is as shown in the images communication with erica and Nicolás was very good; they were always pending and very respectful, the arrival is easy; only that it is on the rise but in the car and by motorcycle it went up normal; around the outside there are dogs of the neighboring estates; the pool deliver it in optimal condition; they have everything they describe in the house; we were 10 people and a pet and we were comfortable. Thanks to the amphrites for providing us stay ☺️

It's a beautiful house with a wonderful view, the tranquility and privacy are unique. It's a perfect place to disconnect completely. The dogs were happy too, they have a lot of space to run, play and explore. It's super well-equipped and has everything you need for a long stay. Andrés super attentive to what we needed. Amazing days!

Claudia and Juan Carlos were very communicative and helpful. The apartment was very updated with two beds, one of which is a loft. The apartment building does not have an elevator, but Don Henry and Don Eduardo were always very attentive and helpful. We highly recommend this place and hope to visit again in the near future.

Excellent place to stay, its kitchen and facilities are comfortable enough to spend many days, the surroundings are very comfortable and safe, I found everything I needed, both in apartment, and its surroundings.

A very spacious single bedroom apartment with a great view, especially at sunset. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for decent self catering. Convenience stores and supermarkets are a short walk away. A very peaceful stay with everything at hand.

The stay with Cesar was incredibly good, super host , the apartment is very comfortable, the place is central but quiet, many shops around.

The only thing, as a recommendation nothing more; that if you work from home and need internet, make sure you have enough data. I don't know what happened, Pero there was no internet during my stay (I don't say that the apartment does not have Internet, sometimes the companies fail) But I couldn't communicate much with David. However, he is very respectful and would not go down stars, because the place deserves it.
