We only used the place to sleep. Too many times of messages sent by the owner about the rules and regulations but never mention before we checked in about the parking space that we have to pay while staying. Everytime we go out we have to pay for the parking. We did in and out the parking few times and was told by them that we only have to pay RM5 while we were there. (no we have to pay more) . They should tell use about the parking before we checked in instead of keep sending us the reminder about their house rules every few hours while we were there.

I was booking this place for my guests from overseas & the next day I received a text from my guests "The living air conditioner is not working, only gets warm air. The sofa is sagging on one side. Aircon remote low battery, hair dryer not working One of the rooms where the fan was dusty enough for dust to fall all over the bed. "

This has been one of my worst Airbnb experiences. The host was completely unresponsive—I’ve been messaging in the group chat but received no reply at all. The access card for the car park didn’t work, which was very inconvenient. Inside the unit, the fans were covered in thick dust to the point that we didn’t feel comfortable using them. The toilet had many small cockroaches, and the shampoo bottles were empty. The living room air conditioner was also not functioning. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of response from the host. It felt like I was just messaging a wall.

Great Place and Services. Onwer fast responsive and friendly. Recomended for family trip.
