My family and I had an amazing stay at The 30A Beach House. The location is fantastic—just about a 10-minute walk to the heart of Rosemary Beach, making it easy to enjoy the shops, restaurants, and the beach. The house was exactly as described in the listing: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our stay. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional communication from the hosts. Kevin and Jennifer were wonderful—every time I reached out with a question, they responded almost immediately and were always helpful and friendly. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended!

House is in good shape and the neighborhood was quiet, scenic, and peaceful, away from the main road. The location is close to prime landmarks in the area. Main issue we had was that most of the dishes were dirty when we arrived. Overall, it was a good experience but we were a bit disappointed with the cleanliness and the very small size of the second floor shower.
