We had an amazing time. The flat is easy to find and close to restaurants, supermarkets… Communication was good, Rahissa was always available to respond to my queries. There is a gas cooker, you should bear that in mind if planning to cook during your stay. Personally, I wasn’t confident using that gas cooker.
The only thing I think should really be improved is cleanliness. There was dust on the floor of the whole flat, hair on the floor and a big chuck of hair in the drain of the bathtub, also the bathtub had stain
There was no issue with water and electricity was good. Only in 2 occasions that there was a power cut that lasted for hours. I would suggest to have torches for when there is a power cut at night. The TV had Netflix, Amazon prime which was not expected. That was a plus.
We really enjoyed our stay and we would definitely book again when visiting Congo.
