Great place. Close to everything. It really is the perfect place. It is across from the cruise ship pier. Which is actually not an issue. The only issue I had was the noise produced by locals who like to drive up and down the road in loud motorcycles and cars. It would be an amazing improvement if the local government would shut down the front road and only allow permitted vehicles on it such as taxi and local access only. Or make it walking only . Great place and very accommodating management company.

Great stay at a top location!

Highly recommend- just book it! The unit is stunning, with absolutely beautiful unobstructed views of Klein Bonaire, gorgeous sunsets, and a patio that we spent most of our time on. The penthouse comes with it's own personal elevator which made it easy to transfer our luggage. AC in bedrooms worked great. Everything you need is either within 10 minutes of walking (snorkeling, restaurants, boardwalk, etc), or a 5 minute drive to the grocery store. Stunning patio with views, we watched a few cruise ships dock, fishermen bring in daily fish, etc. Unit was very clean, local recommendations provided, very comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen* (see note below). Unavoidable seagull/traffic noise in the morning- authentic Caribbean sounds Kitchen*: the stove is an electric cooktop that was not properly functioning, it would run for a few minutes and then suddenly shut off without reason. While we asked the host to demonstrate how to use it, they did not demo or provide instructions.

This house is gorgeous, newly constructed , modern, spacious, clean, peaceful and inviting. Screened louvers on every side make the best of the Bonaire breeze. The outdoor space is just as beautiful and comfortable as indoors. The outdoor shower was perfect for rinsing off when we returned from snorkeling. 7 minute drive into town for food/shopping/walk along the waterfront. Johan was very responsive and helpful. He showed up within the hour when I contacted him with a question. He also offered flexible checkout as our flight was later in the day. He even helped load our luggage into the truck! We highly recommend Sunwise Bonaire, and this property. We will definitely be contacting Sunwise when we return to beautiful Bonaire.
