After retiring from General Dynamics, I care for the Kent Island Beach Houses, enjoy sunrises/sunsets, & connecting with locals. This house is in a gorgeous location with wonderful views of the water from both the lower and upper levels. This includes both the lovely pool and the bay. The layout of the house is terrific with plenty of space for our family of ten to spread out, sleep, play and never feel crowded. There are enough bathrooms for everyone to have plenty of space and privacy. The house was immaculate and the furnishings in excellent shape. Somehow, even with all the space, it still felt "cozy and homey". We could split apart and come together without effort. The kitchen is well stocked and we had what we needed for cooking, refrigeration and dining together. Cabinet space is more than adequate. Donna was excellent at communicating and helpful if we had any questions or concerns.

We would definitely come back and recommend it to friends who want a "happy place" to spend their vacation with family or friends!
