As other reviews have said, this would be a comfortable place to stay if you can accept the noise generated by the shop during business hours, the movement of people walking on the wooden floor, and the distance between the private bathroom and the room.It's clean, has basic necessities, within walking distance to most of the attractions, and the toast in the restaurant downstairs is delicious.Will consider staying here again next time I come ^ ^

I think the room was just as described, host did send a message after booking to inform about the noise level as it is near the roads and a bar. As someone who suffers from occasional insomnia back home, i found myself in a more relaxed state in holiday, so i didnt have much trouble, although i was awaken by the noise a few times, i didnt have issues falling back asleep. Host has also provided ear plugs to help with the noise cancellation, but personally i dont like using them. Location wise, it is great, it is in the middle of everything, grab drivers has no issues finding the place. There is a laundromat about 3 mins away, a cat cafe right downstairs and many cafes and famous spots around. Chulia street hawker is also 5 minutes away, cookiecrumbs is about 10mins away, Il Bacaro (michelin starred(?)) is 2 mins away. Amenities wise, bathroom is separated, but it was not scary? Perhaps things like fridge or kettle would've made it a better stay. Overall, a good stay.

We’ve had a great stay. Apartment was impressively clean. Location is perfect. There are plenty of great restaurants around. Everything is in walkable distance.
