We’ve had a great stay. Apartment was impressively clean. Location is perfect. There are plenty of great restaurants around. Everything is in walkable distance.

The room is clean and pristine, overall vibe was there and the design is minimalistic and beautiful. Toilet is big enough with ample amount of space and good design too. Though it was quite hot when we first checked in but overall still it’s a very good stay. Thank you for the host too for being so understanding and accommodating for the impromptu late checkout.

The room was in George Town, which was convenient for getting around, but it was very noisy at night. The room had a private bathroom, but it was in the attic. It was very hot during the day, and the bar downstairs had music playing until 1 a.m. Even with earplugs, it was still very noisy. There was a two-hour power outage when we checked in. We wanted to check out and go back to the hotel, but the landlord said he couldn't give us a refund and we had to wait for the power to be restored. After we compromised, the power went out again in the middle of the night. Southeast Asia is very hot, and we couldn't sleep when the power was out. We finally got a refund and checked out at 3 a.m.It was a terrible experience. I came to travel, but it was like I didn't get any rest.Refunds are very troublesome, it is difficult to communicate when the power is out in the house, I went to a five-star hotel afterwards, the price is similar, the experience is much better.Airbnb's protection of customers is far from that of other platforms.
