I let the host know that we would have kids but once we got there they charged us an extra $156 dollars. Then we found a huge bug inside the bathroom. Used bras in the drawers. We got a call saying they had videos of our kids running down the hall way (on our way to the elevator) our kids are 5 and under and it's hard to make them walk all the time. Then we had someone parked in our parking spot for a full day. This was a really hard stay for our family
