I needed a last-minute place to stay! Fernando was super kind and welcomed me very well. Cottage with a beautiful view and pool. Immense peace and tranquility!
For those who appreciate nature, it's a great option :)

The external space of Fernando has a very beautiful, very green and very quiet view.
Fernando is very polite, responds promptly and shows interest in helping. Very large space and unfortunately lack a lot of care and maintenance in general. I had a problem in the toilets, toilet leaking and Fernando promptly resolved when he was activated, then the drain of the stuffed box that came to the bathroom, this problem had to endure because there was no one who unclogged, the sink in the kitchen countertop well grim and dripping, it could not feel comfortable washing dishes due to the conditions of the same, stained bed sheets that caused a bad impression. Chairs with cobwebs , house a little dark tb. I was sincerely disappointed by what I found. I hope that Fernando will be able to fix these problems and tb will improve the maintenance of the outdoor area that has a lot of dry leaf and lots of horse poop.

Very beautiful, peaceful, quiet place. Great for rest. I spent the carnival holiday with my family, isolated from the mess and connected with nature. Very beautiful garden, lots of trees, birds, delicious pool. We had some setbacks in the house. It is a large house, nice, with very old furniture and utensils. Rooms with nice, comfortable beds, good bed and bath linens! Some items in need of renovation, faded, rusty, worn out, with noise. Air conditioner of the living room and one of the rooms gave trouble. Many decorating objects, which accumulates dust. Fernando was a great host, responded to every need promptly, and tried to address the resources possible at the time. I believe that all the setbacks could have been avoided with some investments in modernization. Overall it was a good experience.

Fernando's site is extremely beautiful with excellent outdoor areas to relax or even work because the internet worked quite well in the time we were there. The rather large house however is old lacking repairs and some additional care. The location is excellent with a few kilometers on flat dirt road.
